We went to David’s Bridal at Easton on 11/6/2020 and the team was rude. My friend asked for a mask and they were talking about her. They also made an assumption that we didn’t speak English. Our designer seemed annoyed and didn’t stay for more than 2 minutes. Disheartening how implicit bias can have negative impact and to see other designers actively assist their customers while we were left alone is shameful!!!! Shopping for wedding dresses should be enjoyable moment but this experience ruined it. We regret choosing David’s Bridal as our first destination!!!!

So I went to the one in Lenexa, Kansas. Beth was amazing she listened to me. Explained things and took my words in too consideration. I felt like she truly cared. I am forever thankful for her. The next day we went to find my daughter a dress and again we were helped with smiling faces. My daughter and I love our dress and can wait to wear them on the wedding day.

This was the worse experience ever. It was suppose to be my day to find the perfect wedding dress but I wasn’t cared about. I was thrown to the back and not carried for. My best friend was with me trying on dresses as well. We had the same consultant but she was more worried about my best friend because of my tattoos she held that against me. How can you be in a business to where you suppose to leave your religious beliefs at the door and help the customer find the perfect dress. Very disappointed but thankful I found my perfect dress at Elizabella’s.

Im giving them a 1star because the ladies that helped me and my bridesmaids pick our dresses were very helpful. BUT moving on to alterations. The only bridesmaid who got her dress altered the left strap of her dress was not shortened properly. She paid $100 for her straps and hem. Now onto mine, my bridal gown was amazingly beautiful dress, you could say it ALMOST fit me perfectly. I only needed to get the hem taken up a few inches and the straps shortened about 2 inches as well & have it bustled. Easy peasy right?! So i arrive to pick my dress up the week of my wedding, i proceed to unzip the garmet bag and the dress looks completely untouched! The lady left me alone. So i try it on anyway and it appears still to be a bit big in the bust and very long. When she comes and ask how it is i say well it looks untouched and completely wrinkled. The train was stuffed in the bottom of the bag when i unzipped it, it wasn't even properly hung! Drawing red flags to me. She proceeded to tell me that the dresses "wrinkle" in the bags!! UMMMM NOOO i think not. This is not my first time getting dresses. So she says they will steam it and then takes over hour before its even done. To me this means they definitely did not do it. I was so frustrated i just wanted to leave. Now wedding day comes and sure enough, its so long im tripping all over and my boobs were falling out. I also have pictures i took when i was trying it on and compared them and it looks exactly the same! Now my wedding pictures you can see how the straps are hanging in the back and my boobs are all over the place. And it's so long it sits in a pool at my feet. So i paid $350 for maybe a bustle that seemed also messed up and looked sloppy. The one thing i remember about my wedding day is how much my dress didn't fit me and i was fidgeting the entire time to A) not trip B) keep my boobs in place. Very sad and i hope other brides arent getting screwed!!!

A warning to all brides do not refer anyone to David’s bridal for any future wedding dresses or bridesmaids gowns this company service department is very unprofessional and rude beyond imaginable. This company has failed a train their employees on respect for their customers, not only does this customer service department lack skills but the store managers are even worse and are in desperate need of customer service training. With all the stress going on with Covid the store has no sympathy for anyone. Save yourself the stress! I informed the customer service department I was going to post these comments and their comment to me was go right ahead! Very sad!

I visited David’s Bridal in Birmingham this weekend for my first ever appointment to shop for my wedding dress and was blown away by how kind and helpful everyone was. Leanne was so supportive and made the experience so special for myself, mom and sister even with COVID regulations. Thank you so much and I found the one - for an absolute bargain! We will be back for bridesmaids dresses!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress at David Bridal last week. It came on time and I went to pick at up in Novi store. I walked in and two associates were by the register. They asked for the name that order was placed. They brought the dress out on a hanger on a clear plastic bag. I asked if they had a carry bag that I could place the dress. They said no we don’t have one while they were checking on an iPad or electronic of some kind. Not even caring what I was asking them. Shortly they replied we have 10$ bag if you want to purchase. Very unprofessional and rude in my opinion. Very disappointed with the costumer service. I would not go back to that stores again.

If I could give zero stars I would have. Had my appointment today and my experience was horrible. I made an appointment for 9am and was not helped or treated with kindness at all. Not only were they rude but made me feel bad I was on a budget looking for a dress. So I was still looking for a dress and the lady rushed me around 10:30 telling me she let me have more than enough time . I ended up getting a dress but don’t feel like my experience was good at all and didn’t feel special thank god I had my mom and friend to help me zip up dresses they were too busy helping everyone but me. Completely disappoint on how I was treated and if I could went somewhere else I would. I don’t recommend the staff at 82nd street in Indianapolis In. If you are planning your big day avoid that noise. Only good thing is the dress I found was perfect every dress they brought was too small or big and they didn’t listen to what I wanted. What an atrocious experience they all need fired!!!
