Hannah at the Birmingham store was professional courteous and knew what I wanted before I did. When she showed me I cried. Shopping for 3 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls. She recommended the sizes and was never fazed by my constant questions.

We bought my daughter's dress online. It arrived within the week and fit like a glove. The dress was absolutely beautiful.

I visited the Birmingham store and Hannah was amazing! She picked out the perfect dress that fit everything that I wanted within a dress. She also gave many options for accessorising the dress to give me more ideas. She was friendly, helpful and very patient. I also didn’t feel pushed into making a decision there and then but luckily this dress was the one!

Alesha was accommodating in the Watford store. She allowed me to look for dresses I liked and then picked some dresses that she thought would look good on me. I enjoyed my experience trying on dresses with her. Alesha made me feel comfortable and gave me all the prices on the items I wanted. Thank you again for a fantastic appointment.

Amazing experience buying bridesmaid dresses with the help of Gina in Watford. She help find a style which would work well for everyone and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

I had a magical experience here, travelling over 100 miles was well worth it. I had previously tried on 50 dresses, but coming here was phenominal: the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgable, with a a wide variety and huge selection of dresses (and other bridal options like suits and jumpsuits) the shop also does everything from jewellery to pyjamas. If you’re looking for something non conventional like I was, they have black dresses and prom dresses, if all coloured they also have amazing dresses for bridesmaids/ mother of the bride or groom. I’m coming back here after finding my dress (for half of my budget by the way!) to get all my other stuff for my bridesmaids and jewellery. Cannot reccomend this store enough, especially Ashleigh who was the friendliest calming spirit for my manic bridezilla state. She was knowledgable, efficient, and helped me find the perfect gown and veil. You won’t regret making an appointment at this store, take it from someone who’s visited 12 different ones!

Ordered my dress online and it came in the mail and I tried it on at home once or twice and about a month after I ordered it was my wedding and the day of my wedding the entire zipper broke off the dress because the dress was of bad quality I had to be stitched and hot glued into my dress about 30 minutes before my ceremony. I tried contacting David’s bridal to get a refund back on a dress that had to be cut off of me and they only wanted to give me about 15% refund which only came out to about $30 I tried to explain to them that I didn’t know that the dress was crap until the day of my wedding but they refused to give me any kind of refund that was worth my time! The person I spoke to was nice and I wasnt even expecting a full refund, but 15%?!?! Come on, if my mother and sister in law didn’t know how to sew I wouldn’t have been able to get married and would have probably have to marry in a tee shirt and yoga pants! Not happy with the dress and the customer service!

I visited in May and picked my wedding dress on my first trip there! The experience was magical. I visited again in Sept to have my alterations done which I had a phone call before hand to talk through. Based on the alterations they predicted it would cost £100-£200. When I went I paid £421!!! Then I went back end of Sept to try on the alterations, the dress had been so ripped and looked like it had been worn, mishandled and just ruined to be honest. I explained how upsetting it was and how it made me feel like I didn't even want it. A wedding dress is a once in a life time thing, I wanted it fresh and new... otherwise I would have got one second hand. Anyway they went away to try and cut away some of the netting that had ripped to 'tidy' it up, they came back to show me and we agreed if they did this, I'd see how it looked after. Having to go back for an additional trip to pick it up, I tried to explain to the alterations manager how it made me feel and I'm looking for another dress because of how this experience has made me feel. She said there is nothing they can do but she'd contact head office and call me back in a week. I've had nothing. I have also written to them, nothing. The automated email says I'd get a response in 24-48hours, it's been weeks now. Absolutely disappointed. Really would not recommend this place or the service.
