pretty good for being in the middle of a pandemic
Shipping: I had to email them when the dress did not arrive as planned, but they responded quickly. Knowing that it was being shipped from a China in a middle of a pandemic, I was understanding and asked if they could at least get it shipped within 2 weeks. It arrived sooner than that. Dress: it’s for my daughters prom (which may be cancelled) so we wanted to get it in time in case it didn’t work. We were careful with the measurements that were posted online and ordered up a size . When we got it , so glad we did order up because if it were any smaller Id have to try to fix it myself. It is snug but corset is nice and well made. The bottom is OK. I like how you can turn the bottom inside out and it’s like a big bag for storage. I would suggest the company make larger sizes. My daughter is very tall and she loves your clothes but she needs a larger size with a bit more room Customer service: they were really responsive to my emails, perhaps it was because I was polite and not crabby like some of the other reviewers I’ve read so far. And they followed up after to check to see if I liked it. When it came down to it, this is just a dress, and there are people dying and sick, losing their jobs all over the world. The dress could wait .
