Delivery took one week, from China to the USA. It seems to be of decent quality, and fits perfectly. Two days after receiving it, I am extremely happy with the purchase and plan on ordering again in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order on February 3 for an item I needed by the beginning of March. I never received any confirmation of shipment after 3 weeks so I emailed. I never had any response to my emails and the only way I could get ahold of anyone was through the chat feature on the site. I was told that they will put a note on my order and have it rushed to me in time. Days go by and still nothing. I am then told by someone else that they told me the item wasn’t available until April. This never happened, I save screenshots of all conversations. I said I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund since I won’t have the item in time. After a long conversation of repeatedly asking for my money back and just being offered exchanges I didn’t want they agreed to cancel and refund. It is now almost May and I STILL don’t have my money back. 2 weeks ago I received an email saying that the item is now available if I still want it. I said no, the event I needed it for has long since passed and I am still waiting for my money back. I was told again I would be refunded “next week.” Waited the week and nothing and again no response to emails. I went through the chat feature again and was told that a “colleague kept making mistakes” and that’s why I never received my money and that I would be refunded in a week. Well I’d waited enough so insisted to have it processed immediately. I was asked to wait again 2 hours because “the accountant is not in work yet.” Fine. I wait the 2 hours and contacted again, at this point I get an email from them stating the order has been refunded. That’s it, no money to my account and no email from PayPal. No money, just an email from the site saying I’ve been refunded. Now they are just insisting that it’s been sent so they did what I asked. After MONTHS of asking for my money back all I have to show for it is an email typed up from them saying it’s been refunded but no money back to me and no product. I am completely shocked by this treatment and cannot believe that I was just taken for a ride like this. So disappointed. I refused all coffers for extra coupons, gifts, exchanges, etc because I am not looking to take anything extra from them, I just want my money back!
