Only complaints I have were the limited payment options and the shipping took a little longer than I was told. The dress was good quality and the communication was great!

Customer service is spot on and the dress is gorgeous and a decent fit! I love Dark in Love and Dark in closet is a wonderful place to shop for good quality gothic clothing. Keep in mind, some if not all items are NOT refundable or exchangeable.

The dress was beautiful and came a couple weeks after I ordered. The only difference is the corset, which did not include the ruffles shown. It was still gorgeous and fits great!

This is my third time ordering from Dark In closet and I’ve been quite happy. Everything looks exactly as the pictures do and fit properly too. I just bought a very fitted dress (I’m a size L) and it fit me perfectly. We’ve also bought men’s clothes (husband is 6’6 and 200lbs) and wears the men’s L just fine as well. Pretty satisfied, we will both keep shopping here.
