Best birthday present ever! I was beyond thrilled to get the package in the mail (which was very fast, even if it weren’t for COVID-19). It was packaged very nicely and I was blown away by the quality of the materials used. I love it! I will be buying again from them. :)

First time buyer! DarkinCloset responded to my email inquiries very quickly and were extremely helpful. Despite the ongoing pandemic situation, I was very impressed when I received my parcel in just a few days (international shipping to Canada). All my items were as described on the website and I love everything I ordered! I highly recommend DarkinCloset for their fast service and timely responses! Keep up the great work guys! 😁👍🏻

This was my first time ordering from DarkinCloset and I'm very happy with the whole experience. The selection on their site is wonderful, with both the usual goth brands and unique stuff I haven't seen before, the prices are reasonable, and I absolutely love the bat dress I ordered; shipping was fast despite the current circumstances, and they even checked in to make sure it arrived! Highly recommend them for anyone looking for alt/goth clothing.

So... I ordered it on the 28th of January. Two dresses. Nothing happend for weeks. So something positiv ist that the support answers fast. They said that until the event they'll make sure I'll get my dresses. So that's good. On the 6th of march I got a message saying one of the dresses I ordered and paid months ago isn't available anymore... So I had to choose another one... That was really negative and that made me quite angry. I found another dress they said they'll give me a little extra into my order because of the troubles. On the 13th of march I asked to change the address. They answered that it will not be a problem. On the 17th of march it got shipped. On the 26th of march I got a call from TNT because the address on the package didn't exist telling me my package from China couldn't be delivered. China? I was confused because I just found an address from the UK on the website... So that's just the MasterCard address... The stuff is coming from China. Good to know isn't it? Explains the interesting english from the customer service... And today is the 7th of April. Still no package. Even if it's says it is already delivered. That's not the complete fold of darkincloset ... But they wrote a non existing address on the package. Update: The dresses arrived. Quality seems fine. They are looking like on the photos. It took the dresse 4 months. From ordering to get them. It doesn't took them long from China to Austria. The most time it took was from ordering for them to get delivered. The customer service is quick with responding and nice. If you want to order something from the shop plant at least for month in advance.
