Darkincloset has so many good and cheap gothic clothing items! This cheapness however, comes at a cost of the quality of the fabrics in the clothes. It's not awful, its better than costumes at like spirit halloween. Just treat everything as delicate when you wash and don't expect it to ship overnight.

So... I ordered it on the 28th of January. Two dresses. Nothing happend for weeks. So something positiv ist that the support answers fast. They said that until the event they'll make sure I'll get my dresses. So that's good. On the 6th of march I got a message saying one of the dresses I ordered and paid months ago isn't available anymore... So I had to choose another one... That was really negative and that made me quite angry. I found another dress they said they'll give me a little extra into my order because of the troubles. On the 13th of march I asked to change the address. They answered that it will not be a problem. On the 17th of march it got shipped. On the 26th of march I got a call from TNT because the address on the package didn't exist telling me my package from China couldn't be delivered. China? I was confused because I just found an address from the UK on the website... So that's just the MasterCard address... The stuff is coming from China. Good to know isn't it? Explains the interesting english from the customer service... And today is the 7th of April. Still no package. Even if it's says it is already delivered. That's not the complete fold of darkincloset ... But they wrote a non existing address on the package. Update: The dresses arrived. Quality seems fine. They are looking like on the photos. It took the dresse 4 months. From ordering to get them. It doesn't took them long from China to Austria. The most time it took was from ordering for them to get delivered. The customer service is quick with responding and nice. If you want to order something from the shop plant at least for month in advance.

I waited in Canada a month to receive the dress I ordered. Finally, my ROSE BLOOMING ROMANTIC PURPLE AND BLACK FEATHER AND FLOWER GOTHIC CORSET LONG PROM DRESS arrived from China. PROS: the corset was beautifully made. CONS: size Small was way, way too small for my 35" 27" 35" figure. Allowing for a 2" lacing gap, the corset had enough fabric to accommodate a 27" hip, 23" waist, and about a 40" DD cup bust. The 7" lacing gap required to make this corset fit was unacceptable to me - it looked very bad. Returns? Dark in Closet would not communicate with me until Paypal got involved. The cost to ship the dress back to China would be $120 Cdn. Hence, the garment became a sewing project. After about 20 hrs of altering the corset, I had a beautiful wearable dress. Perhaps using CHAT to talk about sizing before ordering would have helped. Good luck returning - you will be the one paying for the shipping.

I give three stars because the dress did not arrive on time but the quality is beautiful, gorgeous heavy fabric and very soft, even the lace is soft. I only wish it had arrived on time for my prom but I was refunded for the trouble. Customer service could have sent it out quicker but they were very understanding.
