Shipping issues are heartbreaking, that's why we collaborated with Route to minimize such problems, but they follow strict guidelines and investigate each case separately. Since the shipping address you entered was incorrect, there is not much we can do. Route Package Protection is the insurance your order needs for damaged, lost or missing packages. However, since the address was inputted incorrectly and we were not notified of this issue before delivery, the only option remaining is for the recipient to return the package to sender and we'd redirect it to you. Unless FedEx would be able to intervene. Again, we apologize that you are having to deal with such a situation. Given the unique circumstances of your case, our hands our tied. Hi there, We're incredibly sorry for the delay in processing you have experienced. There was an error in the order that prevented it from showing up in our fulfillment system. Once we saw your review here we investigated the issue and had the package sent out the same day. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this ordeal.
