This company is a scam.
I have been purchasing items online for 16 years. Only three items have ever been lost in transit and this company is responsible for 2 of them.

Avoid at all costs. This company are running a scam. Customer service (what a joke) claim they cannot find the missing items and that it is my responsibility to chase up customs and the retailer for refunds. They use untrustworthy tracking numbers that don't show up on abf searches.

I was waiting for a parcel that could have been here for the weekend. It won't be because I just discovered that it was only put out for delivery by Australia Post yesterday. Between them and Australia Post it won't be delivered in time for the weekend.

Had shoes sent from the USA and they came into New Zealand through DAIPost. They were tracked entering the country on 06 July and it was noted they had cleared customs on 07 July and handed over to a local courier. That did not happen. Here I am on 19 July and DAI claims that the shoes are being held by customs, which seems unlikely as customes does not take two weeks to clear a small package. I called DAI yesterday and the woman who answered did not seem to be able to track my package and laughed at me when I suggested DAI could do more to have the shoes delivered.

SCAMMERS!! Making money at other peoples expense!! My parcel has been out for delivery since 8.05am yesterday. The depot is 16 minutes from my house! Impossible to reach. They need to be audited, investigated and closed down.

Extensive wait times on the phone. I ordered two packages from the same company. Dai have lost or stolen both packages. They will tell you the same story over and over again. They basically have no idea where they are. This is a joke.

My experience seems to be just like all the other 1 star reviews I've read. I hadn't heard of Daipost. My parcel got from Belarus to Australia quickly and without incident and then Daipost got their hands on it and it has been stuck in customs (according to their dubious tracking) for two months in Melbourne, which is the delivery destination. If you can avoid this so called logistics company, I recommend you stay far, far away. That's where your parcel will end up.
