I got my belt a few months ago and it works, i do have a problem with the velcro not holding i have to readjust the belt a few times. I believe the velcroon the one side is not long enough to stay holding. has anyone else had this problem. My belt is not that old and when I received the belt there was no monogram on it i did say this and someone said that the belts were ship without the logos, so im not sure if its a true Dainely belt

Horrible customer service. They are basically cheats when it comes to returning an item. They are falsely advertising, hiding information on their site. Only get to find out when you contact them for returns. They basically are not keen on you returning an item and hence convince you to keep it with partial refund. And if you reject this option then they don’t respond to your mails for days. I have been after them to return an item from 28/2/23 and till now it hasn’t been resolved. The item needs to be shipped to the US, and you have to pay for shipping. They don’t disclose this on their policy at all. Even if you agree to ship to the US they won’t provide you with the shipping address. So you’re stuck with the item. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY I have sent them so many emails and no replies at all. Update: The very next day after this review, I was contacted and offered full refund and told to keep the item. However in return was requested to take this review down. I won’t be doing this as my review is the truth. I wasn’t getting replies from them until I posted this review. If you’re so worried about reviews please ensure you maintain good customer service to prevent such reviews. Thank you for the full refund though.

It's almost a week since I started using the Dainley Belt. I must say it's magical. On the very first night of using the belt, I couldn't believe I slept through the night with no burning sensation around my pelvic area. I woke up feeling much better and continued to wear the belt all through the day. I couldn't believe I sat through an entire shift at work with minimal discomfort. I could not sit for even an hour without the burning and pain around my pelvic area. I go about my daily business with less discomfort now. I can't stop talking about this "magical belt." I wish I could get one for my neck and shoulders.

My order 37009 is missing the shoulder brace. I received the 2 belts but not the shoulder brace. I have emailed Dainely 8 times and received no response. Worst customer service ever. Would not recommend them.

Only a 4 star as some of the replies took a couple days. Otherwise they sent me a replacement belt as the Velcro on the one I purchased had failed. And the customer service people were friendly. Now reading some of these reviews the common thread is poor customer service and the Velcro failing on the belt which is what happened to me however I got a replacement belt as above, but now I feel it’s just going to fail again. Well I’ll be writing you for another one then!! Need to fix that issue asap
