Late Order acknowledgement/ confirmation
I had placed an order, made the entire payment through Apple Pay. Now, It has been a day long (14th Aug) since the order is placed, but still no order confirmation nor acknowledgement. No order number, shipment, tracking or any such particulars have been given to me so far. I was hoping that as soon as I place the order I will get some kind of email acknowledgement. But none so far. Only what I still get are marketing emails every day. But, still I have now written an email. I am hoping that they will be able to trace the order, and acknowledge the issue. I have checked all possible email folder including Junk mail as well. Hence awaiting their response. Updating on 15th Aug: I have now received order acknowledge and order number. It is now mentioned in the email is that order will ship on 6 to 14 days. I will wait
