I never received my order - which was paid in full - despite my repeated communications. They must have a lot of nerve to contact me to sell me more stuff that I will pay for and never receive. They are scammers and are stealing from people. What a shame!

I bought one of these belts and have been using it on and off when I have a flare up with my back. I can remember how long I've had it but probably around 2 years. I have spinal stenosis and it definitely helps me manage. When I'm in pain or going to be doing anything physically demanding I wear it. It has helped me so much. The only issue I have is the velco on the main part of the belt is coming away and so the belt can and does occasionally pop off.

There is a strong possibility of being scammed when dealing with your bank. They overcharge and make unauthorised deductions from your account. In some cases, you may not even receive the goods you paid for, and there may be no reliable way to contact anyone within the company. Recovering such funds can be extremely difficult.

Shocking experience for me.. Had two days and it stopped inflating.. Sent over half a dozen emails and videos and they are still refusing to send me return information. Mine didn’t come in a box just folded over in a Jiffy bag.. Please be careful with this company I’m so disappointed

I ordered a belt and it didn’t turn up, tried contacting them and didn’t get any reply. Awful service

These people are digital thieves. I’ve ordered one from them for £31.99 and another one Amazon for £5.99. There’s no difference between them. They get the items from the same manufacturer and just named them on it. Try Amazon other online sellers. You’ll save huge amounts of money. Trust me both are same.

Bad design , not good for lower back pain , made me go A&E with scatica. Also the money back thing , is not real. They give either an alternative or around £8 back due to shipping .Also any issues , they don't back to you for like over a month after constant emails.
