I tried the recommended exercises for sciatic nerve pain and also tried massage, to no avail. As my daughter is a fitness and dance instructor I loved my time being her assistant but began to think I would have to pull out. I have severe sciatica pain due to a fall a few years ago and have been in pain off and on since. I had got to the end of ever finding hope off being pain free recently until I read about this belt, so I thought I’d try it. After only 3 days I could finally sit down pain free in my left leg and I could be at work with the belt on and do my job without having to walk like an old person. I wear it in bed and it’s so comfy. I would recommend this to anyone suffering in pain with your lower back. This really does work.

The message is spot on. The product performs. The business operations are working with easy payment and fast delivery (to Greece!). The materials are a little lightweight for heavier people I feel. The ads should represent heavy-set people for more believability. It is a subtle adjustment product and not for weight lifting however it should withstand changing weight events. I am moving more today than before the product and I can see changes in my belly from activity.
