Brought it after it kept coming on my Facebook news feed. I have disc profusion L4 L5 and the pain is unbearable. I tried everything from physio to acupuncture getting the cortisone injection, chiropractor but only got relief for few months. My last option is getting a surgery,i saw the ad for this belt thought of buying it. I brought it used it,so it does give you pain relief because of compression on your spine. However what disappointed me is that it comes from China and very cheap material has been used the advertisement is misleading. Just get the same thing from Temu for 8$ I spent 40$ on this belt!

my wife and myself bough a belt apiece we followed the instructions and see no positive results Also I receive a message on our printer several times a day i need a tectnition to remove it so it quits printing and wasting paper.

In my particular case, a very strong pain appeared after a ~2 hours use. I gave it a second chance but got the same result so I've stopped using it and will never use it again.

Did not offer any relief and website told me that return shipping would cost as much as the product. Should have ordered on Amazon.

I ordered a Belt on the and the order confirmed was confirmed on 06/07/23. I realised that I had ordered the wrong size and sent an email to the contact email on 07/07/23. I asked what to do. No reply. The belt arrived on 12/07/23. Second email sent asking how do I return the item so I could order a replacement. No reply. Third email sent on 14/07/23. No reply. Please can someone reply. I want to return the item and get a refund. Only then can i now think about if I will order again. Customer Service is somewhat lacking.

This international delivery (shipped to Mexico) was not showing any movement for days. It took nearly a month to arrive. I don't know if the shipper was not doing their job or if the customer service people were not checking with the shipper when I check on it. Very frustrating. Update: Thank you for your reply. The information I received from CS was the same I saw on the tracking info. I don't know if anyone actually was checking with the delivery service or just telling us what was online. It appeared the order was lost after arrival in Cancun on June 22 and the time it was released from Customs on June 26. Then "The Last Mile Provider" had it from June 29 until July 7. Finally the mail carrier received it on July 7 and delivered it to us on the 10th. Regardless, it took too long, and we hope you choose another deliver service for Mexican orders.

I ordered a sciatic belt...it took a couple if weeks to get it. It's a Hong Kong company. Once I received it, it was evident it would not work for me. I wanted a belt with lumbar support, which this belt did not include. Then when I tried emailing to the contact customer service, I have had no luck getting a response. In the email messages (4 emails), I asked for a Return Authorization so that I could return the belt, and get my money refunded. This experience is bad for business...I wish only to be able to get a return of my money. Instead, I feel like I am being ignored in Dainley's hope that iI'll go away. Not a good business model.
