I ordered one belt and it was broken after just putting on my hip for the first day. Then i sent a message to support and i received not long after a new and good quality belt. It can always happen that an article is not that good quality, important is how the company reacts to it and they did very well and quick. Happy for the service and happy with the new belt, which takes away my crazy pain.

I inadvertently ordered two belts so when I emailed Dainely to explain that I did not require a 2nd belt they were very accommodating in refunding me a certain percentage as they said it would work out cheaper if I just kept the 2nd belt. They were extremely helpful. Thanks

Massive con. Everything started on their adverts is a lie. It's just the same as every other belt out there just with a ridiculous price and promise that it will help within hours of wearing. I've tried to request a refund SEVEN times now. Whether through the main site or the customer email. And nobody has got back to me (and before Dainely respond, yes I've checked my junk/spam). My advice to anyone who is in pain and desperate for back pain relief. Don't buy this product otherwise you're pain will just be stretched further to your pocket and frustrations. Edited- as I can't reply to Daileys response. Firstly, how can you check if my order doesn't exist when you don't have my details? And also, I emailed that address (again) with no reply.
