The Daily WireReviews of dailywire.com

I never been scammed before but this is what it must feel like... Like many here I wanted to subscribe for 1month and got charged double for 1month and 1 year... $200 ridiculous but u thought okay let me send them a message for a refund.... Nothing... 3weeks of sending them messages I got no reply

I joined the daily wire for one day at a yearly price and could not see the video I wanted to watch. I was told they would give me a refund of 15% or I could cancel. I replied that I wanted to cancel! They said they would cancel, but keep my money for a year! I think this is dishonest

Absolutely TERRIBLE platform! It became very clear very quickly that they do not want you to have access to any human assistance to use or cancel your subscription. Wish I had two more hands so I could give it 4 thumbs down

I've had 2 unfortunate experiences with DW but I'll only discuss the worst. I wanted to get the MOTHLY option for $14 a month . When I went to press the monthly option my screen jumped suddenly and I hit the annul option on ACCIDENT. I DIDN'T have that much in the bank so they couldn't take it but when I wanted to contact them to straighten it out NO customer support info ANYWHERE throughout the ENTIRE site. So I have NO WAY to explain and get this straightened out. Every single day they were trying to charge my credit card the ANNUAL fee which I can in NO WAY afford cuz I'm disabled. I couldn't even make my credit card payment cuz DW would then steal it. So I called my card and had to go through the hassle and inconvenience of getting a NEW card with a NEW number. Oh but it wasn't over oh no. Day after I get my NEW card I get a text they're trying to charge my NEW CARD with rhe NEW NUMBER. YASSS CHILD! So I call my card frantic( my card was GREAT throughout PROPS Capital One) Cap1 told me some companies have deals with the credit card companies like VISA & MASTERCARD (not Cap1) where the companies will AUTOMATICALLY update your NEW NUMBERS to those companies they have this deal with under the claim of " for YOUR convenience " Ya right. So I had to get them BLOCKED from being able to charge that card at all. They tried to collect that money with me having NO customer support to reach for over a month and a half EVERY SINGLE DAY. My card was pretty much HI-JACKED cuz I couldn't even use it that entire time. I love the content and the people but the business end is just TERRIBLE bordering on PREDATORY.

I wanted to watch the new "What is a Woman?" documentary and I subscribed for "Insider monthly" subscription. I was charged $14 for it and minutes later I was charged aditional $200?? My card declined because I didn't have that much money on my account. They're trying to charge me $200 every day despite me canceling the subscription immediately. I've been trying to contact the customer support for a few days now. No one is replying to me. I don't know what to do. Terrible customer service and very misleading!!!

Website subscription tiers are incredibly misleading. I signed up for the Reader's pass which says in the description that it has access to all videos. So naturally I thought that was all that I needed to be able to watch the new documentary. Then I found out that I needed to upgrade. So I upgraded to what says 14/month. However, when I upgraded I was billed for $156. After that I immediately cancelled my account (no more than 20 minutes after creating it) and have been trying to get a full refund ever since. It has been 6 days now and I am STILL having to fight with their customer service over this. I am exhausted and the business practices of the Daily Wire are extremely poor and misleading to the point that they may even be considered fraudulent. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs!

If you want to cancel your subscription they make it nearly impossible! I’ve been trying to the last four days and all I get it is emails saying they were “hacked” and they will get back to me shortly. I call BS! When you search in their website on how to cancel it doesn’t give you any options.

I wanted to see the new documentary "what is a woman" I subscribe for a montly plan and to my suprise I saw that I was charge with an annual and a montly subcription which wasn't what I intend. I wrote them and up to this day I still haven't recieved any information. I was scam. I never put bad comments but this is too much.
