Shady, I subscribed for 14 dollars a month, in addition to the 14 dollars I also was charged 190 dollars without my consent all to support creator content instead of watching a recently released documentary for free on YouTube. Tried to stop a pending payment through my bank and while it initially happened. The Daily Wire contested it in order to keep the money they stole from me. Customer service was vague about issuing me a refund. Said I would get one in 7 to 10 business days.

Editorial opinions might be good, but businesses practices suck. Subscribed in Nov; went on their website and deleted my data (I don't want tracking, etc). Turns out deleting date makes Daily Wire inoperable on your computer. There is no refund unless you set up another email address, yada, yada, yada. It's easy enough to find my payment with the dates & card number I provided. Nope. Can't do it without a new email address.

Be patient people. Cyber attacks have locked members on free side of paywall, no access to content. I'm giving 5 stars for now in support, everyone needs to see what DW has to say.

I was supposed to get access to an article for $.99 and $4 a month there after. I was never allowed to read article and it's a scam.

Added: Daily Wire has resolved the issue, so I will tone down my criticism and up their rating to three stars. Great content, service issues apparently improving. Double billed, billed to wrong plan. No refund provided after 12 hours despite terms of service stating refund given for 48 hours. 320 dollars in all! Very shady. I recommend avoiding. Let me add for those claiming that the criticisms on this site are coming from "left-wingers" or trolls. I am a huge fan of Candace Owens, Andrew Klavan, Ben Shapiro, Matt Walsh et al. However, the site's treatment of its "fan base", whom they purport to respect, is appalling. It's run like a fly-by-night operation looking to cash out, like everybody else. Very disappointing. Maybe devote a bit more to customer service and spend a bit less on flashy - hypocritical I might add - razor commercials.

Love the site, content, and what they do. On my second year of subscribing. Need to redo their app. Not super user friendly but I'm able to get on and watch my show daily with no real issue. I thought I was getting screwed on the tumbler but it showed up about 6 months later. Building a good library of entertainment. Always getting better.

This website is shady business. Feel like its a scam to get people for their money. I was charged $48 for a yearly subscription. I bought an article for 99 cents then was charged $48 weeks later. What a shame this company is ... just saving credit cards so they can keep recurring payments going. Also, reached out to get a refund and they will not refund my money. I've been on this website 1 time and they can clearly see that I'm sure by looking into my account. I clearly did not want to pay $48 for something I don't even use. Huge disappointment especially the way they handled the situation.
