I cancelled this service last year. Upon cancellation they offered me a deep discount to stay another year. They said I would receive a notification prior to renewal at the full price. Well today I get billed for the full price with NO prior renewal. I contacted support and spoke to Rosie. She told me to bad and I should have paid better attention and there would be NO full refund. I told Rosie that I would be filing a charge back and she laughed it off and said "go for it". So I filed a charge back, got my money back, and now I'm warning you. These guys will TRICK you into a final bill. Don't do business with folks like that. And especially don't do business with someone that will not honor a cancellation on the same day they billed. Terrible service from Rosie and a terrible company.

I reached out within 4 days of a year-long membership renewing with no notification given to me and they refuse to refund my subscription in our enforcing that Ivy charged the full balance for the remaining 361 days. They're only reasoning is that they are enforcing their policies. This does not make their policies right, nor is it good customer service to not send a notification of a renewal coming up, not send a receipt once the renewal was done, and refused to refund a customer for 361 days of a service they do not want to use

The daily wire put out a new movie I wanted to watch and you can only watch it on their app. at the time they were running a Father's Day special for 3 months for $18 so I got it to watch this one movie because otherwise I don't use the app, personally I think it's too expensive. When I got the subscription I canceled right away because I knew this was not something I was going to keep it is way too expensive and I do not use it. After I watched the movie I deleted the app because I had already canceled and no longer needed it and forgot all about it. Well somehow my cancellation didn't go through of course and without even sending me a reminder email, which every app will do, it renewed my subscription for an entire year for $150!!! The second it hit my bank account I contacted the daily wire and told them this was a mistake I had already cancelled they basically told me to kick rocks! Then the lady came up with this brilliant solution! (Enter sarcasm here) She was willing to refund 50% of what I was billed for this year but in order to do that I would be forced to pay for an additional year after that 🤔 so her solution to me being charged for an entire year for a product that I had already canceled and do not want was to force me to keep that product for 2 years instead of one and pay even more money in the end than I was originally charged! Horrible customer service horrible business practices! if you have to cheat your customers out of money in order to make any then your product obviously isn't that good!

Purchased a 3 month trial and at the end of three months I canceled but they charged my card minutes before I canceled and refuse to refund the charge even though my membership is canceled. It was over $150 for an annual membership that I had access to for minutes. Several emails back and forth and they can offer 50%. I’ll never watch their shows again. I could not have a lower opinion.

Got a notice of automatic renewal. It came too late for me to cancel. I contacted them to cancel my subscription but they offered me only 50% and said they did notify me. In July of 2025. Don’t sign up they are a rip off!

Got a membership under a inexpensive promotion $17.76, never used it & it auto renewed for $149. Emailed them & told them I didn't use and to please cancel + refund - and they refused. Wow. Veteran don't matter either. True colors of DW are sad.

I wish I read these before paying for a subscription. I lived Ben Shapiro a week ago, today o see he’s a scam artist. I cancelled within a fee days and have to pay for the year anyway that I won’t use. Additionally when you click contact you can’t just leave a comment or ask a question. He’s a scammer and their website doesn’t make clear when you subscribe that you cannot cancel. I don’t think he’s a conservative , they’re scammers and conservatives look bad when so called conservatives like daily wire scam people out of their money . Just be ware once you pay if you realize there’s nothing there you want to read or watch you can’t get your money back. He makes Jews look bad with these extortionist hidden rules . Just give them money and don’t expect to be able to cancel and get it back despite they’re not even supposed to charge you for 7 days .,they charged me day one and now I had to dispute the charge with the bank, they’re a disgrace
