I listened to and supported daily wire for about 3 years now. I have always appreciated the content and perspective but recently there has been content coming out and attacking my religion which I am not okay with. I suggest you guys stop attacking people on the same side.

I love the reporting……I ***HATE*** the format (my preferred device is my iPad Pro M4). There’s way too much print on the page, DW. For the love of God please look at the Fox News app or Al Jazeera app as guides. The other problem (at least on iPad) is when I’ve opened an article, there is no way to exit out of it! No “x”, no nothing. I have to close the app and reopen it to see what other articles are on the home page. SMH

This is not so much a review but more of a suggestion for the Daily Wire. I wanted to watch the additional content from one of Jordan Peterson's interviews, which is only available to paid up members of the Daily wire. I had hoped it would have been available for a one off fee or that there would have been a reduced cost trial period, but neither are on offer. I had a look round the site to see if it was worth me forking out for one month but there seemed little for me there, there are others I'd rather give my money to. There are a lot of podcasts vying for paid subscribers, many of which I'd quite like to subscribe to. However the majority of us have limited funds and either cannot afford to subscribe to everything they want to or who just want to watch or listen to one article. DailyWire, why not take the initiative and allow articles to be watched for a one off payment? There must be others like me out there who aren't interested in buying a full month's subscription, either because they don't have the time to make use of it or because the majority of material is not for them. I'm sure I'm not alone in this and I feel it would probably be an additional revenue for you. after all, I can't justify £15 to watch a half hour article, I can go and watch an entire film on the big screen and Dolby atmos for less

I was so disappointed to find out that subscriptions cannot be refunded. I purchased a 1 year subscription and cancelled three month in after realizing it was not the platform for me. They informed me that my subscription was non refundable and that I should make the most of it until it expires. This is not what I was hoping to hear. It seems like it would be an easy fix, but they would rather hold onto what I already paid than refund me the difference. Very disappointing. I will say, customer service was really responsive. So at least I got a clear answer.

Love the content. Hate the subscription model. Got stung for a renewed subscription with a heavy price increase 2nd time round. I queried it, was told they emailed me 30 days before expiry to notify me of the new price (I never got the email). They don't do refunds. No exceptions. You cant access their kids content in NZ either, so don't get sucked in by that. Stick to Spotify and youtube and get the podcasts for free folks. Super disappointed

A lot of the articles were interesting even if I don't agree with the author's viewpoint, but what I most enjoy are peoples' comments and that has been out of commission for weeks and they don't seem to be concerned about it as they have my annual subscription money. I have cancelled so we will see if I get auto-renewed. Only seem to want to upgrade and charge more, not in providing service.

DailyWire Plus has intriguing content but makes accessing content incredibly difficult. Specifically, even through their website, you have to navigate to some remote corner to find what you're looking for. While navigating, you are hit with incessant up-sale pop ups and redirects. Notably, our Sony Bravia TV does not have the DailyWire Plus app. I was looking forward to introducing my wife to the content, but after an hour of navigating, searching, etc., we gave up. I signed up today with DailyWire Plus and I'm already looking to terminate my membership. Good luck to DailyWire Plus and their investors. It looks like a flop in the making.

I'm feeling a bit ripped off. I paid the annual subscription fee for the Insider pkg. and most of the things I was expecting from the subscription don't seem to be available on the website. "Watch all videos live, on-demand, and on the go" All I can find on the site are trailers for movies, NOT the actual movies, which I thought came with the package (they sure make it seem that way before you subscribe) There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of content on the website that I can't watch for free on YouTube. I'm a capitalist and I don't begrudge people for setting their own prices, but I'm also not fond of feeling like a sucker. There is something fishy about a 'no refund after 48 hours' policy on an annual subscription that auto-renews itself. I'd understand not getting a FULL refund (though virtually everyone else does it), but at least a prorated refund- even if by monthly increments would seem reasonable. I'm not cancelling yet, but if I don't find anything in the next 30 days that makes me feel like it's worth it, I will be cancelling and warning against subscribing to The Daily Wire to my own thousands of followers on social media.
