D'Addario & Company, Inc.Reviews of daddario.com

I have been using the humidipacks for several years on my Martin d-18 and Martin 00015M- SM. They have been working out well keeping my guitar case at 45% humidity. Living in the boston area, the humidity is inconsistent. These have been great in preventing any damage to my guitars.

I've used D'Addario strings for years and since becoming a member of the Players Circle it's even better because you can get free stuff with your loyalty points. I've had quite a few free sets of strings already and will soon be able to get some more. Thanks D'Addario for great strings and great customer service. Martin Burton

I've been using D'Addario strings, picks and other goodies since the mid 1970's and have found them to be a reliable, dependable quality product. I have tried just about all other brands, but I just keep coming back. I recently had contact with their Customer Service, and it was the most satisfying experience I've had this year. D'Addario rocks!

Very quick and easy to understand

Genuinely quick and effective customer support. I had an issue where all my rewards points had been sucked out of my account, and they were able to fix it immediately when business hours resumed and also provided an explanation. Awesome!

the products like reeds and such are very nice, i especially recommend the mitchell luries and the reserve line. graftonite mouthpieces are decent although there are better options available (cork issues). I've also tried the x10 mouthpiece and it was great, easy to blow, no problem! um customer service is great, i had account issues and they resolved it within a week or so edit 5/6/25: there was an unresolved issue with my account balance and was solved immediately!

Had an enquiry about installation of a universal strap. Service was quick, helpful and friendly! Excellent job, D’Adderio!

Brilliant company producing absolutely great products! Add to that the superb customer service and you’ve got the perfect musicians friend. Thank you!
