I've used both D'Addario strings and Evans drumheads for as long as I can remember. They've always been top quality, and their player's circle is an awesome program.

I have been using their electric guitar strings for years. They have been consistently brighter and maintain good tension for longer periods of time compared to other similarly priced strings. In addition, I find that the majority of accessories are made with quality, and their customer service is quite good. Thanks a ton I appreciate yall.

Had a small issue with my rewards points being converted to a wallet reward instead of staying as points. Reached out to customer support and Hailey sorted it out quickly and clearly. She cancelled the reward and restored my points balance without any hassle. Great to see a company that actually listens and fixes things properly. Happy customer!

Hi Anthony, We're very sorry for any inconvenience, but as mentioned by our agents we are unable to update the shipping address on an order once it ships out as the package is no longer in our possession or our control at that point. We only ship orders to the shipping address entered upon checkout. For the future, we do recommend double checking auto fill to make sure that the proper street address is entered when placing your order. We are glad to hear that USPS was able to catch your package for you and update the shipping address! Thanks for your understanding.
