Just starting my journey with wigs and CysterWigs has been a treasure trove of help. Heather's reviews on color and style have helped tremendously and and the few that I have purchased from here have all been just as advertised. So far they have had some good sales and seem to have something on sale each week. I would highly recommend them to anybody interested in a beautiful wig at a great price.

I found a wonderful wig at CysterWigs at a really great price. Finding it and ordering it was easy to do online. I received an immediate confirmation email when I placed the order and another when the item was shipped. However it took seven days for the order to be shipped, not the 1-3 days it claims on CysterWigs.com. I am not upset at the delay, but it would have been nice to have gotten an email explaining that there was a delay in shipping my order and why, and when it might be expected to ship. This is why I gave only 4 Stars. The wig arrived well packaged and beautiful! It was exactly what I ordered, though I highly recommend searching for a video review of the wig COLOR you want to order. The online Color Chart can be deceiving.

This company is the best internet company period. Of course the best Wig company, but the knowledge they have and share with the purchaser is better than any internet company i’ve Dealt with. Raising a family, always someone needing something yesterday, that says it all. The quality of the wigs, regardless of the specific brand is always perfection. I tend to order so often my husband has to point out I have only one head, why so many wigs? LOL. I’m blessed with no medical need for a wig however having fine , pin straight hair it’s so much fun changing the color and style a few times a year. I always wanted the Victoria Beckham short blonde hair and after bringing countless pics of the style to different stylists and being told” you know won’t look like this” ( gee, ya think) I gave up. Then I stumbled upon Heather and Taz on YouTube and what do you know, I can and do change my color texture and style to look Fab. My husband ( surprisingly) thinks nothing of my wearing wigs. His only request? No Rapunzel ( re: long) wigs. He thinks that they won’t suit me. My teenage kids were at first horrified but now love the look. Just “ not wiggy please mom” . But with the staff at cysterwigs and Heathers videos, that’s never an issue. Love this company and only shop here. Keep it up guys! And if your hesitant try it, you’ll love it. There’s nothing like knowing Hairmail is coming that day. It’s kind of like Christmas!!! Love Trish.

They are simply the best in the business. Great prices- way below other vendors and excellent customer service. Love the owner Heather and her videos are very helpful. They also have frequent fantastic sales on most brands. Wouldn’t buy wigs anywhere else.

Everything is wrong with this company, but the worst is a customer service! I've decided to purchase their product base on 5 star reviews from other people. Lucky those who could wait 2 weeks for their order (according to their policy its 10 business days), and didn't have to return anything. Now after a month and a half of an extensive email correspondence, I finally got my money back (keep in mind they will provide you with a return label and deduct it from your total, plus the 10% handling fee.Together it may be well over $25 just for one wig). By the way: email is the ONLY way they chose to communicate with their customers, which I find is very convenient method when answering question and dealing with problems is undesirable. There is, of course, a customer care support # you can call at, but all you'll be getting is a lengthy voice mail, which will explain to you in cheerful manner that because they are very small company, they can't keep up with all the orders, besides they are extremely short on staff...and due to the holidays... and so one so forth... My question is: why are you in business, if you say you can't keep up with it??? My whole experience with them was total frustration! I would've recommended this company only to my worst enemy, if I had one, or someone who I wanted to be punished. People, make sure to read carefully their FAQ section, which clearly explains their policies. It is a mile long, and I didn't have the time for that. If you're like me, and something goes wrong with your order, you will be getting apologetic emails in return with a list of helpful links from that section to resolve your problem... Usually, if I don't have anything good to say, I don't say anything, but this rule now, after everything I've been through with them, needs a restoration...

Customer service response was quick and answered my questions. I am thrilled with the new hair and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The hair itself is beautiful. Very pleased
