After having several bad experiences with a well-known online and store front wig vendor in Southern California, I parted ways with them and found my way to CysterWigs. And am I so glad my mishaps elsewhere lead me to CW! The customer service is TOP NOTCH! Heather runs her business with integrity, passion and her heart. That’s a combination you don’t see too much anymore. I absolutely love all the reviews posted on YouTube. They’re informative and help me reach a decision on style and color. Heather’s passion has also lead her to create new colors for certain styles and she’s a total nerd when it comes to learning and much as she can about color codes. She also makes sure that her client help desk knows as much as possible when it comes to colors, brands and styles. Her employees are nothing short of stellar! Unless CW is out of a particular style or color that I am too impatient to wait, I won’t shop eleswhere. Seriously, I will forever be a CW customer.

I've been shopping this site for 2 years. I have never had a problem with my order. I have returned only 1 wig and it was hassle free. I find the videos very helpful be it for a wig color or style. I have never had to call their toll free number but I have used their on line help at times. Always a speedy reply. Very professional. Prices are great! She has coupon codes all of the time above and beyond her normal prices. I do know that the shipping comes from the wholesaler and not this store. So if there's a problem more than likely it's with them and not the store.

This company has been easy to work with! I love the website because on almost all of the wigs there is a video of a ‘real’ person wearing it! Also I like to see the other customer reviews of the wigs and their pictures!

Cyster wigs is excellent in every way. I love Heather and think she is the best model they have. I wish she could model all the wigs!! Customer service is the best. Unfortunately, I usually order Jon Renau and am finding their quality has taken a downturn. The wig I received 2 weeks ago had so many 3 inch hairs sticking up all over, that even my friends said "send it back"! But I had already worn it. I will always order from Cysterwigs, but I am going to look for another brand.

I'm going with three stars for "AVERAGE" because that's what I think about my experience, but it says "with some friction" which I take to mean an active problem. There wasn't an active problem, but there was nothing to make the experience above average either. My experience was right in the middle. The prices are not lower or higher than other sites' I like. Their customer service was having issues at the time, but they explained it, and I ordered around the holidays, so it was ok. Shipping takes longer than from my favorite merchant. I will do business with them again, but this is not my favorite merchant.

I have ordered many, many wigs from Cysterwigs and they have the best customer service! I have had no issues from them. It's sad that a few rotten apples had to spoil it for the rest of us. But good for Heather for putting her foot down. She is a small business owner and will settle for nothing but the best. The YouTube videos and Color Spot videos are amazing! They take the worry out of wig shopping for you and they're always there to help you. Love, love, love this company and everything she stands for!

I'm a brand new customer, never purchased wigs before. I ordered 2 wigs but didn't correctly use discount code. Wrote in several ways on a weeken, panicked about the higher payment mistake and received a kind email from Heather reassuring me I was refunded and to order again when I was ready. I did. When one package came on scheduled day it had a wig, but invoice for 2 wigs. I emailed for help to customer service right away. Within an hour had 2 nice reassuring emails that other wig had shipped and yes, a couple hours later another mail delivery was at my door. Love the products and customer service and will order again soon.
