I like them very much and their follow-up with me was impressive. I wish they shipped quicker (hence the 4 stars) but other than that, I have no complaints!

I have always received great service from Cyster Wigs. I feel the quality is good and the return policy is simple. I have generally received my order within 7 days. They have responded to my emails in a timely manner. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they are frequently out of blond colors or they are on back order. This might not be their fault, maybe the manufacturer doesn't make enough..I don't know how that works. If they wig or color is out of stock they let you know and you can wait for a shipment, get a refund or pick something else.

One of the wigs I just got was Joelle by Tony of Beverly. I got it in the color Seashell. The wig itself is beautiful. I love the color and the curls. It is too shiny right out of the box, so I sprayed it with some dry shampoo. That fixed the shininess of it. She's a good wig for everyday wear. I wear it up, but it looks good down as well. I wish she was a bit longer. The only reasons I didn't give this wig 5 stars was because Joelle sheds ... a lot. This wig sheds more than any other wig I've owned (granted I've only been buying wigs for a year and a half). There were also some flyaway issues, but I was able to counteract that with some synthetic-safe hairspray and a bobby pin or four. I tried to figure out how to upload a pic but can't figure it out. She's a great wig, though! And CysterWigs rocks, as per usual.

Cysterwig has a lot of pluses. Their customer service is great and the prices (with frequent sales) are good. Shipping is efficient. My only complaint is their policy of penalizing customers for having to do a return, Charging a $29.46 penalty for a return seems excessive. If a local shop charged nearly $30 for trying on a wig, I would never buy from them. I will not say that I'll not buy from CysterWigs again, but only if it is a second wig in a style and color that I am sure will work for me.

Avery wig by TressAllure, turned out to be a very nice wig. I had to do a little customization, which I do with most of my wigs, trimmed and thinned out bangs and cut about 1 inch off the length. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the top seems to have a pointy cap that unless you had a pointy head you could never fill it in so the tip is empty. Also, wishes the color I ordered, Sugar Brûlée, had a little more blond highlights.

I really enjoyed purchasing my wig from Cysterwigs.com! It was my first time ordering a wig online and all their YouTube videos and FAQ section of the website made ordering a breeze. The shipping was a bit slow, but that may be due to a large volume of orders as I ordered during a big sale. My wig arrived as described and in great condition. I have received so many compliments on it, all of my oncology nurses were raving about it when I went in for treatment! I highly recommend Cyster Wigs to anyone who needs a wig!
