Have now ordered about 7 wigs from Cysterwigs. Every time I compare prices, read wig and color reviews, and decide a trustworthy site with comparable prices and great service is Cysterwigs and order from them. Cheap-o wigs are not my aim (been burned once and that's enough), and Cysterwig prices are the same or better than any other US and trusted wig supplier, and they carry almost all of the brands. If they don't carry it, it's probably not of good quality!!!

This is the second purchase from Cysterwigs and love this company! Their communication is excellent! I had a few questions and they were answered within 24 hours! The wigs I have purchased from them have been in excellent condition. They take great care in how they ship the wigs to maintain their shape during shipment as well as provide a tracking number. They have excellent reviews and videos on each of their wigs so you can research the wig before purchase. Would highly recommend Cysterwigs!

I have purchased more than 20 wigs from this company. I’ve never had any issues on a return or an exchange. I love the videos. They are very helpful when trying to decide on cut and color. CysterWigs makes the buying experience easy!

I really like the Cysterwigs site. The videos are extremely helpful, especially for color. The latest wig I ordered was exactly like advertised and after having it thinned out and adding a few more layers I’m extremely satisfied with it. I would have given 5 stars for my review but It seemed to take longer than expected to get to me. The order wasn’t shipped until 7 days after my order was placed and no explanation sent as to why. Other than that, I am very happy with using Cysterwigs.

I received JR EMILIA and the color Cocoa Bean was gorgeous and the cap was very comfortable. I was not happy with the very noticeable knots on the lace front but I guess that’s expected with darker hair and the plus was the gorgeous bangs hid that well. The wig itself was a disappointment. I was hoping it would have been similar to Estetica Jamison only with bangs however this wig had no volume and just layed flat. I knew I’d be returning this so I did not try to achieve more volume.

The good news was my wig arrived very quickly. The bad news is I had a problem with my wig from the moment I took it out of the box. The bottom line is I could not return it because I had brushed it. I tried to make the wig work for me BY brushing it and now I am stuck with it. Read the return policy really well. I really believe my wig is defective but we will never know.
