CysterWigsReviews of cysterwigs.com

I love CysterWigs! Heather does great, thorough wig reviews! I've ordered several wigs from them and have never had an issue. Only once was something on back order and I was notified right away and given the options to wait, cancel or pick something else. I've never had bad service when I have emailed them, either. I'd recommend them to anyone.... and I have!

i have purchased 3 wigs from CysterWigs. 2 of them I absolutely love. The third one ordered was very cute style, but color was not for me. That was not their fault but was a mistake on my part. The return of that wig was very easy. All in all, Cysterwigs is an excellent company and Iwill continue to order from them. I love the reviews on Youtube. They help me to make informed and excellent choices.

Soft and cool. Can be worn as a headband or a a turban to cover your whole head. I got it with a coupon. I don’t think I’d buy one at regular price.

Cyster wigs try’s very hard to make your wig experience a good experience. Even though the pre-order system can be trying, Heather does explain why problems occur! I really appreciate that. AS is my favorite support person! She always helps me understand what the problem is if you should have one!

The wig I purchased, Embrace by Raquel Welch is beautiful & comfortable. I am very happy with it. This was my first experience ordering a wig online. For me the CysterWig site was not easy to navigate. After figuring out a number of wigs that I liked I was not shown on the site that they were not available anymore until I was ready to put them in my shopping cart which wastes a lot of time & is very disappointing. I did not understand that the best way to approach ordering a wig online is to start with size first, something I learned through way too much time on your site. I believe it would be helpful to users to explain the steps in ordering a wig. If ordering the wig was easier I would have rated you a 5. I now know how your website works and will return as I am very happy with my new wig.

I love shopping with CysterWigs, the customer service exceeds my expectations. This company cares about customers, their products, and shares a ton of knowledge through their YT channels and website. I buy confidently as a result.

Love Cysterwigs! The “out of box” reviews make shopping easier and give me confidence in my decision when choosing a wig. I also love “The Gist”, the written review. Gives excellent bullet point detail about the wig you are researching. They provide prompt service, have a variety of brands, and styles to choose from and 30%off sale occurs quite often, which is a nice bonus too! I also love to checkout the Outlet for great deals!

These are the best people to do business with. I don't know them personally; but I truly doubt that there could be a more helpful, honest, patient and kind set of folks than these. When I expected them to be done with all my questions already, they were ready for more. I love their sense of humor and their true desire to help. The Cyster wigs informative blog and videos (on everything alternative hair, and honest wig reviews, and hair loss causes and questions of how to deal with it...) are also unprecedented. They truly understand women trying to figure out alternative hair. AND they do have the best prices. I'm now a customer for life!
