Trying to get a my prescription filled is a difficult thing. Not able to speak to a person and only unhelpful prompts. My prescription should be filled when due without me having to call. I make an appointment with my doctor as I’m supposed to. The prescription is electronically sent to cvs. CVS tells me I have to call them to get it refilled. This is a waste of time and couldn’t be more impersonal because you can’t prompt to fill the Rx.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. Wat a disgusting operation. Now they no longer take phone calls. They are Very important people in that pharmacy..rude doesn't begin to describe them. Switch to Walgreens at least they answer the phone.

Notified my prescription was ready and went there and they claim there was no prescription. It appears their computer software cannot cross reference with your last name birthdate to find your prescription if it’s under James or Jim. Just a side note, the pharmacy employee didn’t really care all that much seemed annoyed.

My question is : WHY are medications needed for serious conditions already covered by MEDICAL Insurance has to be called in every time in order to be filled! This are added stress for the parents who’ll do all just to get that medication. Their system doesn’t update properly and when u go to that specific branch there’s no refill for it. So do we need to call our kids doctor//or nurse to make sure it happens. This system needs to be fixed. Don’t know how but that’s an added burden to us hardworking parents who set up a time to pick that medication but to no avail 75% of the time!!! Any response CVS honchos or supervisors??? I now spend over 10 minutes on the phone, talking to Artificial STUPIDITY, trying to get answers from a Pharmacist, only to be asked to leave a voicemail! I use to get through to a REAL person and get the RIGHT answer within minnutes. Artificial STUPIDITY may be making the company more efficient, but it has reduced the efficiency of the MILLIONS of callers. I will be seeking out a smaller pharmacy that still values the customer.

I have been trying to upload pictures to print for over an hour. The app keeps redirecting me to the website. When I try to upload pictures, it just goes to a blank screen. I have been trying and trying. I finally was able to add 3 at a time. Then the website froze and I lost everything. I went to the store to attempt to print pictures from my phone and nothing I was doing worked. 0/10 I DO NOT recommend using the app, website, or store for prints.

The Pharmacy is very slow and your wait time is ridiculous. The staff isn’t friendly at all. They portray an attitude like you are bothering them if you have a question. The store isn’t very organized. I believe the store is like it is because of poor management. Even the associates up front at the register isn’t very unconcerned about the customer. Poor store management and organization.

There google web site is the worse.. and usually shop and CVS.. I thought I'd give him a shot I like to check on the website to see if they have a product available but you can't even get past the website I won't answer questions it gives you the same blank page thought it was my phone so tried multiple phones same thing how can I rate them if I can't even get past your website
