I do not believe that I was provided with correct information concerning insurance reimbursement. I was made to pay out of pocket and had no choice in the matter notwithstanding that my insurer publishes online that the service is covered. I telephoned the Minute Clinic billing and insurance phone this afternoon.. I have been on hold for 70 minutes. No one has responded.

Normally, i like CVS. But this time was gross. Stains on the floor. Smells. Especially around the bathroom. Smelled like urine. The bathroom itself was nasty Brown and red smears on the sink. Stunk to high heaven. Toilet paper on the floor. What toilet paper was up off the floor was wrt. Bo paper towels or hand dryer. Puddles on the floor. And the light dim, at least one was out. Worst bathroom in a cvs I've ever seen. Carpeting throughout was stained. Shelves loose and disgusting. Couldn't use the wigns overhead because nothing was where it was supposed to be. I was hesitant to huy anything there because i felt aoiled by using the bathroom. This was stor number 7212.

Not everything can be automated. Having a policy of not answering customer phone calls when your buggy pharmacy computer system tells customers to contact the pharmacy in order to refill a prescription is bad solution to whatever your company is dealing with. Finally, not everyone can navigate your unhelpful automated phone system, sick way to treat the elderly and such, especially when your system promises to return calls but doesn’t. If sometimes prescriptions require call-ins to fix an issue please provide a convenient way to get service other than pushing all calls to voicemails and not answering them.

I had to call three times to the CVS pharmacy where I kept getting a prompt to leave a voicemail stating that the pharmacist would call me back. I had to call the front desk at CVS where the gentleman had to walk back to the pharmacy three times to get my message to them, this is absolutely ridiculous! No CUSTOMER SERVICE at all! I’m done with them and I’m switching pharmacist! Now they are trying to get out of answering the phone

I had Anahi and Sabastian helped me and customer service was excellent. You have some very nice employees working in CVS. I appreciate there service. It is close and convenient for me and service is great. Even though some customers are rude but they handle what comes at them. With smiles on their faces. Better then Walgreens down the street. Great job on their part. At baseline and 16th street, Phoenix az.

Whoever thought this new phone system was a good idea should ne fired.

I did not have serious problems with CVS Pharmacy before. However, now I have discovered that they have stopped answering customer calls. I have a special request for filling my prescriptions, and I remind the staff every time I need a refill. Unfortunately, I had to wait in the store today until they corrected an incorrect refill and made the right one. If this happens again, I will be forced to call the doctors’ line to speak with the staff. Unfortunately, my insurance does not allow me to use a pharmacy with better customer service.
