Went to the CVS pharmacy on Canton center road in Canton. Long lines in the drive-thru so I switched over to the other Canton location on Haggerty rd. It was worse. The customer service is terrible and they take a lunch for an hour during the busiest times and close the pharmacy completely down. I've never heard of a pharmacy shutting down for lunch. I wish I could go back to Kroger's, but my employer request only CVS to fill my prescriptions. No wonder, the service is horrible

I would rate 0 stars if I could We are dealing with a stage 4 cancer patient and have been waiting for a new morphine prescription for several days and they still haven’t got it in. They never called and have left it up to us to find it at another cvs What decent pharmacy does that! This is CVS on 620 and El Salido in Austin Texas We have a dying patient and they don’t care!

I called this afternoon and asked for a call back from the pharmacy. An automated message called me back and you couldn't understand what was said. I stopped in tonight at 645pm at the Galpin Rd location in Chanhassen,MN. I waited in line with my Good RX app pulled up and ready to get my prescription. One medication they had to order form another store and it won't be in till tomorrow. It woukd have been nice to hear this when I ordered it and requested a call back this afternoon. She grabbed the prescription and said $29 and some change. I showed her my good Rx card and it was $19.67. A good $10 to $ 11 cheaper than what she wanted to ring me up for. I said no that's not right, my app shows this. She said we can't honor that, we have a different coupon code in the system and she couldn't update till tomorrow because it was EXACTLY 7pm and they were closing. Even though I was there earlier and waited in line to be helped. I said, this isn't right, I need my meds, she said then it's $10 extra. Never have I ever met such a sad team of people to administer drugs to people. There were over 4 people in the pharmacy, that could have helped me prior to me getting to check out. I don't recommend this pharmacy.

Horrible experience - go anywhere else. Rude and unprofessional pharmacists who lack basic education. After waiting forever as they paid more attention to the drive thru than those customers in the store, I was told by the pharmacist they wouldn't apply a discount code for my medications. Apparently it's an undocumented policy (as she told me) to take more money out of consumers pockets for absolutely no reason. Will never go back to CVS as long as I live.

Not happy with CVS Pharmacy. I’ve been trying to pick up a prescription all day. They said it would be ready by 3. My husband went to pick it up at 4:30 and it’s still not ready. Now I get to drive 30 minutes out of my way after work to pick it up. This has happened on more than one occasion. I could see if I was trying to fill it in an hour but it’s been 7 hours!!

You cannot get through to a pharmacy person with a question. They hide behind voice mail / computer. So impersonal. Just about had it with this corporate indifference for the customer. All about the $$$$. Workers are overworked and have no time to care. Finding a new pharmacy.

First of all the store part of this pharmacy is excellent. Good stock and good customer service. Now for the pharmacy. I am 65 years old, so I have been to my share of pharmacies. This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I picked up my meds and went to the consultation window to speak with the pharmacy. I waited and waited and waited and waited and waited for a long time (thats 1 waited for every minute). There were 3 people behind the window all doing something, but certainly not any customer service. I finally walked out

I have gone to this CVS for years and they have ALWAYS met my expectations. They provide EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. Latoya knows people by name, McKenzie and Manisha will always help if any questions and the staff, Ximena Natalia and Rashiden are ROCK STARS.
