Esa sola estrella es para El CVS Navarro de la 29 Ave West y 12 ST es un verdadero desastre a Cualquier Hora hay una Sola empleada para atender a los clientes y una fila inmensa simplemente porque si quieres esperar bien y sino vete hoy fui y de verdad he ido otra veces en la mañana y es lo mismo además el trato no es bueno .

I waited in line got to the counter the pharmacy tech said I would need to come back in 10 min. I leave and my phone beeps it's ready (3 min) I go back to pick it up now I have to wait for 4 people and I hear her say it'll be about 10 min to the first person. I continue to wait my turn....they take the lady out of line that was told it would be 10 min before me. I had an injured person waiting in the car. They need to take people in order!! No favorites, we all have busy lives

I recently visited the CVS located on Randall Road in Crystal Lake to discuss a prescription for my son. Upon arrival, I spoke with the evening pharmacist about a medication that is crucial for managing my son’s seizures. Unfortunately, her response was rather callous, as she expressed indifference to my concerns, which left me feeling quite distressed. As I exited the store, I encountered an employee named Tony. He had an unwelcoming demeanor and a strong smell of smoke, reminiscent of an old ashtray. Wanting to clarify who the store manager was, I politely asked Tony for his name. He told me it was Sam, but when I asked if he could write it down for me, he unexpectedly replied, “No.” Surprised by his tone, I responded with, “Excuse me?” to which he retorted, “No, what, you can’t remember the word Sam?” His dismissive attitude was quite off-putting. This experience made me realize that customer service at this CVS location was lacking, and I left feeling disappointed and defeated. I think I will return to Walgreens, where I have always received much friendlier service.

I have a CVS near me. But, their service is terrible. Had to wait 15 minutes at drive thru. Will be changing to express scripts.

I want to leave a review for my pharmacy on Victory Blvd. in No Hollywood, CA. I have been using this store for 4 years....they are clean, cordial and have helped me through several debates with my insurance company. They advise me of prescriptions that have been prescribed, when they are available and always ask if I need a consult. this is the best CVS I have ever gone to and believe me they are waaaaay better than Walgreens.

I sat at the register at this store! From 714 to now when making this post! Wouldn’t have been so bad if the store wasn’t empty! No the cashier watched me walk in no greeting and then proceeds to walk away and never come back for almost a full 15 mins! I know there was two workers as one was complaining they had to do the close its 730 to what 8 9! Staff is off! Service is off! I came purely for convenience and even that was bad!

I have no idea who would willingly pick up their prescriptions from this place. The lady was short rude obviously having a bad day or maybe a bad life and if I wasn't picking up for my dad I would never ever in my life go back.
