Would rather give CVS a minus 5 but not available. I had Rite Aid but CVS bought out and customer service went down the drain. After spending hours trying to get my prescriptions in order I am still in a quagmire of unbelievable inefficiency. IF you are lucky, you won't be put on hold for hours and will end up in the US with someone you can understand. My advice...go anywhere but CVS.!!!

Horrible phone system. Takes 8 minutes to get through the system then all they allow is voice mail. You people at cvs should be ashamed. No wonder you have one of the lowest ratings.

I went to the CVS on East Chester in High Point, North Carolina tonight to pick up three scripts. I have had the same medication for years, and this is the second year with this insurance. Nothing has changed. Two of the medications have always been free, and I usually present a good RX coupon for the third, though CVS usually beats that price when applying my insurance. Tonight, the person who waited on me at the window was friendly enough, but that’s where the good service ends. Long story short, the three prescriptions were going to be over $200. I told her repeatedly that that two were usually free and I never pay more than 40 bucks for all three, but she insisted that this was correct. I was totally out of one prescription, so I had to get it, $67 for a prescription that is supposed to be free. It was about two hours before the store was scheduled to close at 10 PM. She told me that I could wait and not get them and call my insurance. That was not an option because I needed one of those to take tonight, and again nothing has changed so I should not have had to go through all of this. I did call my insurance as soon as I got home, and they confirmed that my coverage was active with no gaps, and that the two medication should have been free like always. The insurance representative also confirmed that no claim had ever been called in for tonight‘s purchase. I am going to have to go back tomorrow and talk to a pharmacist and try to get my money back. This is unacceptable. It would be more understandable, though still unacceptable, if my insurance had changed, but nothing has changed. I do not appreciate having to go back there tomorrow and try to figure all this BS out. I left with one of three prescriptions, and paid twice as much as I usually pay for all three. After this happened, I read reviews, and this location has a 2.8 out of 5. Unfortunately, I just encouraged my mother to move her prescriptions there because it’s closer to home, and I am afraid I will come to regret that. My mother does not suffer fools and she will not be nearly as nice if they screw her prescriptions up.

Their new AI phone system is a rage inducing failure. It reads off your prescriptions so fast you can't remember then. Insteading if asking after each would you like to refill them, no you gave to speak the name. If you mess up it give you the ENTIRE help message. There is no way to accurately get anything refilled and feel confident you are going to get what you want.

Shickshinny CVS employees the rudest staff I have ever encountered They all act like they are doing you a favor filling your prescription They all need training.

The pharmacist on duty left me a very inappropriate voicemail. I recently had a hip replacement surgery and have been prescribed pain medication for 90 days. The pharmacist on duty said that my request to get my medication was a red flag and that cvs would not fill the prescription sent in by my doctor's office. That is very inappropriate. The pharmacist was also very rude when I was in the store. The pharmacist that was very rude wore a head scarf. I won't be using cvs again because of this.

CVS on 24802 Aldine Westfield is the worst pharmacist took my daughter on 01/03/26 to get her flu shot at 330, pharmacist was a real pig, and she just rushed the medication into my child arm, didn’t have the curiosity to say a word just a mean person !!!! Clearly gonna report her to Pharmaceutical Board .

The worst I’ve ever dealt with. I now must go to the pharmacy in person to order my prescription. HORRIBLE.
