The pharmacist doesn't listen to the customer. Told him I was doing self pay because I couldn't wait to wait for insurance on a PA this month but he went ahead and did it anyway and screwed it all up and not it is a mess. I am having all my prescriptions moved to either Walmart or a local pharmacy.

I was suppose to come pick up my prescription in 30 minutes. I get here, and the pharmacist is taking YEARS to assist me . So one of the assistants ask me to pull up and the cars behind got their medicine before I could! Unbelievable.

I shopped at the CVS Eatlake parkway and Hwy 42 between McDonough and Stockbridge Georgia earlier today. Had a great experience with 2 employees going out of the way to serve my needs. Pleasant, efficient and pleasurable

At the Target on Columbia Center Blvd...customers stand in line like cattle in the aisle of sanitary napkins/tampons/diapers/condoms and lubricants. No place to sit. Forget any privacy. I was 3rd in line from the front and I overheard the pharmacist discuss a patient's Wellbutrin prescription and his wife's additional medication. Clearly. Time after time, people are told to come back tomorrow, even after getting a CVS text, to get their meds. My husband had to make 5 trips for one medication in 2 weeks. They would say it was in, but wasn't. What a disaster .

On the CVS website you can see all of your prescriptions and which ones need to be renewed by the doctor and which ones can be refilled. This is wonderful except CVS does not allow you to print this. So I must hand write it Or try and take a photograph using my telephone or hopefully my wife and I will be working in the doctors office and I can call up the website. Why I can’t print my information from CVS his website makes no sense. If you go to the pharmacist in person and asked for the list you can’t get it

The pharmacy on King and Sylvania Ave in Sylvania OH is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Have to use CVS due to ProMedica Paramount Insurance. Have been using this store since January 2019 and they have not gotten anything correct in 7 months. I feel like this pharmacy is on the shady side. They refill prescriptions even when you tell them you don't want them. Some of the employees are rude and really don't care about the patient. The website is a joke-not user friendly at all. Reading all these reviews makes me wonder if CVS upper management even cares.

Read the reviews. Looks like every once in a while CVS Pharmacy by chance hires a good employee. They obviously need better hiring practices. The Reg pharmasists have the training to be professional but even they are compromised by work loads, inexperienced help(?), and not having the space for all the new drugs. They also have sweetheart deals with inferior drug companies. Our substandard pharmacy experiences are with the Ledgewood, NJ. store. Wife has to go off auto refills because she was way far ahead of the number of meds. If the doc changes the med or dose then she paid for meds she does not need. They do not take overfills back. Now if you call for a refill the "system" tells you to use up what you have to force you to autofill! It is too easy to run out with CVS. What a mess. Forced to change.

CVS pharmacy at Target in Glendale, CO always has a long wait. They are incredibly understaffed, I feel bad for their employees & customers! I would never use CVS, however, my insurance mandates that I use this pharmacy😡
