I am in Manoa Hawaii and the CVS refuses to accept any of my coupons that I receive from CVS. The manager; Jeff S. was extremely rude to me. " I don't have to accept your coupon for five dollars". I had the coupon on my phone and app and printed a copy. The coupon was current. I felt that He was discriminating and wrong in His decision. This CVS in Manoa is unlike my visit to other CVS store. The manager Jeff " we are not part of the "Rochester' group? I stated that this is the USA correct? He said " I can do what I choose to do".

I was asked by my Physician if I wanted to try the mail order services from CVS Caremark. I agreed after asking all the necessary questions. I received my package with a hefty bill. They did not apply my Co-pay discount code. I contacted their customer service department only to be told that there's nothing they can do. I just want to warn YOU ALL, so that the same thing doesn't happen to you! I will be using a different Pharmacy.

I ordered a sale priced item online, two days later they cancelled it, when I asked why, they said that they couldn't tell me why, but that the cancellation department will be contacted, and they'll let me know what happened, the next day I was informed that the cancellation was due to a lack of stock, but the stock is back in, and I can reorder, CVS cannot be trusted, bottom line, I found the item for less cost at Amazon, I will not be using CVS ever again.

They are the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life.....! I dropped my prescriptions off at 2:30 pm and was told it would be awhile so I came back at 5:40 after al they close at 6 :00......really and they still weren't ready ....when I explained that I was told I had to take it TONIGHT ....ELIQUIS ...then I was told it was something to do with my insurance and an order at another pharmacy which was A TOTAL LIE....I then told them I didn't care about my insurance and I would pay out of my pocket for 10 mg of ELIQUIS because I wasn't going to leave without it ....She then got RUDE...She filled the Prednisone she had ready....."what about that other pharmacy " and 10 mg ELIQUIS.......CVS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.....If you are in over your your head perhaps a different line of business......NEVER AGAIN Scott Royse Owensboro Ky

Third time this has happened. They dont have enough medication and have or order it. I call early, it doesnt help. Though this is a recurrent fill, they cannot seem to have the medication in stock. First NEVER deal with the techs, second, use another pharmacy!!!

The CVS in Chester NJ has gone downhill. There has been a lot of turnover in the pharmacy and because of that, the pharmacists are not familiar with the people or their prescriptions. I am on blood pressure meds. I need to take a certain brand of blood pressure medication because I am very sensitive to the neutrals that are put into it. Every time I've picked up a blood pressure prescription from this CVS it is the wrong medication. They keep giving me the generic form, which makes me sick to my stomach. It has happened 5 times now. Every time they get a new pharmacist it happens. So I've taken to opening the medication in the car to make sure it is correct. The last time I called CVS to renew the prescription. I received an automated call 1 day later saying it needed to be special ordered. No problem right? 3 days later it was ready, I picked it up, checked it in the car... wrong prescription!!! AGAIN! Went back into the store, told the pharmacist. 15 minutes later I was called to the window and told that they only had 32 pills left and did I want them all. Wait... didn't this medication need to be special ordered? So why are they out of stock? And because they are out of stock they gave me generic. Poor, poor customer service! Besides that, it took an hour to prepare 32 pills. Besides that, they tried to upsell me flu shots and prescription cards and cancer donations and they even asked me if I wanted cashback.... If they cut the garbage out and just focused on doing their jobs, they might actually get it right. By the way, all this information is listed right in my file that they have. I'm pulling my whole family out of there.

I am a providers office, Trying to call in a prescriptions for a patient. Have been on hold for 25 mins waiting for a pharmacy to pick up and either take prescriptions information or give me a fax number. It is a new message and it is not user friendly. It does not give you an option to leave or anything. Just refill, static or price of prescription.
