The CVS pharmacy's personnel are rude and impatient.

On numerous occasions my doctors called in prescriptions to be filled. I wait for a text to tell me it is filled. I use to get a text the same day or within a hour or two. A couple of years ago things changed for the worse. Now I have to call them and tell them to fill the prescriptions or I may never get them. The last three times a prescription was called in it was not filled that day and I had to call the next day to ask them about it and they always give me an excuse that the computers were down and they are catching up. I don't believe that when it happens constantly. I had to call them today to get them to fill a 4 pill prescription that was promised to be ready yesterday at noon. (The computers went down again). I am changing pharmacies and going to deal with a reliable one I can depend on.

I was told on Thursday 26th of Sept. My prescription would be ready at 3pm. At 6 pm it was not ready. Was told it would arrive on the 27th after 3 pm. It was not. Here it is sept 30 medication still not ready. You wait for long time approximately 20 min.for service when you are the 2 d person in line. I am always told there is only one person working today.

WOW... I usually visit CVS as my pharmacy monthly... likewise all my cravings with some frequency. Today, at the Gaithersburg MD store, Miss Vera welcomed me with a big smile. The treatment towards all customers was great. Good customer service! Employees like her make the customer feel well cared for and without a doubt wanting to return! ❤️

Today I visited the CVS pharmacy located in 19100 Montgomery Vlg, and I had the pleasure of being attended by Miss Vera. His attention was very kind and gentle. She is the kind of person that should never be missing in a store. Thanks Vera. Thanks CVS!

If you have a prescription filled at CVS, you’ll get flooded with robocalls and text messages that try to get you to refill your prescription even though you do not need to. BEWARE!!!

CVS has gotten worse and worse. The pharmacists barely speak English. They are understaffed. Long wait times. Long hold times when calling. Their app is terrible. The service is pretty non existent and their new multi dose pill packs is horrifyingly managed. I have been loyal to cvs for over a decade but it is no longer making my life better or easier. Time to move on.
