On 12/12/19 went through the CVS drive-through to pick up prescriptions. Their contracted power washers started working with my car there. The power washing fluid and debris hit my car, damaging it, and hit me inside of my car. Notified CVS manager who would not stop the workers.

Cvs pharmacy in hampton is so lame. Its been 2 days waiting on perscrip for flu finally called and was on hold for 15 min. Girl says they are short staffed and two days behind. I’m like.. well get somebody in there. LAZY!! Then she tells me that in store clients come first everybody else gets pushed back. What BS. SO YOU GOTTA BE SICK THROWIN UP IN STORE SPREADING GERMS. If it wasnt for insurance cvs would not be my pharmacy.

My spouse went in to get OTC medicine Sudafed 12 hour for me and the pharmacist asked him 10 or 20 tabs and he said 20. T He pharmacist handed him the med he bought it and we got home I looked and it was cvs brand!!!!!!!! I fumed and called the store back and they said what did I want them to do! I said I am suffering I do not ever take generic, it don’t work, and I sent my husband in for a specific brand and he said that is what they give him. They told me most people want to save money and get their store brand. I said I’m not most people and your crap don’t work. They won’t take it back and now I have to go spend money I don’t have to buy what I need!!! I told them stop putting everyone into your little clique and ask next time which brand do u prefer! Walmart is where I buy my meds and they never give me this grief. I didn’t have my license so I had to send David to get med I wanted. Now I’m suffering I have taken 3 tabs of their 12 hour crap and I’m not better and can’t sleep. They ought to be sued,.!!!!! Don’t ever assume anything about anyone it makes an butt out of u and me! This is just not good business.

Why is it that everytime I get my prescriptions filled at CVS there is always an issue. Every single time they screw something up. Unfortunately they are my only choice due to my insurance. I am a diabetic and depend on my meds and supplies and not the poor customer service I receive every month I go and get my meds and supplies. CVS you need to step your game up. Spring hill florida

Can’t wait to change drug plans so I can change pharmacy. The CVS on Jacarands Blvd in Venice is so poorly managed that prescription take over 4 hours to be filled. Or meds are not stocked at this pharmacy. If I could give it a minus 10, I would!!!!!!!

The CVS on Austin Avenue in Brownwood Texas is a dumpster fire. I had 2 cars ahead of me in the Drive-Thru. Still took me nearly 50 minutes. Walgreens is much faster they got my business. It's father for me to drive but it's it's quicker in the long run.

Parker Arizona CVS. I tried for 4 days to get hold of them by phone and was put on hold repeatedly and left there for 30 minutes or more and they never did answer. All I needed to do was tell them to reverse the charge on my prescription so I could get it somewhere else and they wouldn't answer their phone. I don't take medicine for the fun of it. I take it for health reasons. I even called CVS corporate offices and filed a complaint. I've never heard back from them either. I take medicine for my heart. I'm not supposed to be under duress or stressed. I finally got hold of them by going through the front of the store and having them deliver a message that it was an emergency for them to call me back. They called right away! Hooray! Took her about 20 seconds to reverse the charges so I could get them at Rite Aid. When I asked why no one would answer their phone, I was told it was because they were too busy. They wouldn't even answer the phone for their corporate offices! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never go to CVS Pharmacy again. I would advise anyone out there thinking of going to CVS not to go there.

Every time my prescriptions are due to automatically be refilled, I have to call and nag to get it refilled. Today, I am 8 days late having Sertraline HCL refilled. I had to call and get the voice recording runaround before being able to speak with a human. He said, we are working on it. We are still working on prescriptions from last week. That, my friend, is NOT acceptable. I would suggest you hire more people to work your pharmacies so that prescriptions can be processed in a timely manner. The CVS in Oxford, MS is very lacking in timely refills or even getting a prescription filled for the first time. I am forced to use CVS because of my insurance. Otherwise, you can bet that I would be transferring my prescriptions ASAP.
