Bonita Spring @ Imperial Rd & Bonita Beach Rd is so slow at the pharmacy. How do you get a prescription called in to their location in the morning and they tell you it will be ready the next day then you go the next day to pick it up and they say 20 minutes which turned into 45 minutes no less this was an antibiotic that he need. This is a disgrace

Worst pharmacy ever Prescriptions are never ready when phoned in from doctor. I waited a whole day. Not done. Happens every time I tried to call pharmacy and was on hold half hour hung up and called back. Still no one picked up Just because you save a few dollars no reason to go there Stay away

Cvs is the worst place to work.. they will accuse you of stealing even if you didnt and won’t show you video of what they think they have and yell at you and belittle you calling you a lair. Never shop here they also don’t fire employees they sexually harass you. Roland Ramirez at cvs 09812 is the worst manager for letter he talk to his employee this way. I hope this review causes him to get written up or fired.

Excellent pharmacy at Reading Rd. in Rosenberg, T.X. My medication was going to cost over $175.00 for three medications but when I told them I couldn’t afford that they honestly found a discount and I ended up only paying $30.52 for all three!!! Thanks to Mimi, Beatrice and Wendy. Great job!!!!!!!!

Biggest rip off ever! They totally jack up the prices when the have a "Buy 1 Get one 1/2 off". My sister is here on vacation and needed CoQ 10-100 mg. CVS had them for $45 while Target had them for $21.99; Costco $28.99; Walmart $21.88 and Walgreens $39.99 (BOGO--not buy one get one 1/2--Buy one get one free). So, CVS jacks their prices up and then promotes it as a sale. Never again! There are a lot of choices out there and I don't need to go to a dishonest retailer.

Store#6493 They’ve just lost a customer I would say my plan pays about $5000 in prescriptions a year for me and I’ve had it never again going back. Rather go to Walgreens by the way I was treated and overcharged for my medication they wouldn’t break a box of five insulin pens which I needed only 4 so by giving that one extra pen I was charged two copays instead of one

Honestly, I give a rating of "0" to the CVS Pharmacy in Bogalusa, LA. The pharmacy staff is very Incompetent and rude. My husband's medication is always in question. Today, Dec.19, 2019, we went to pick up his medication that was supposedly filled on Dec. 15, 2019, and ready for pick-up then...it was NOT ready today...4 Days Later! The pharmacist shrugged her shoulders and said she did not know what happened. Then they tried to charge him $75 for his Diabetes Test Strips (he has a prescription for)...they neglected to run the strips through his insurance...he has $0 cost for the strips with Insurance. . We had to wait longer until the lady submitted his claim properly with his insurance. This is only our most recent situation with this CVS Pharmacy, we have numerous other instances of Incompetence. Needless, to say All my husband's Prescriptions will be transferred to another pharmacy in our area. Again, do Not use the CVS Pharmacy in BOGALUSA, LA

I would give the 0 stars this is the worst online service!! I have been trying to get my daughters prescription filled for a month!!! They can’t bill my second insurance and they can’t get their sh** straight about what needs done so I can get it at Walmart. I get a different answer from every person and the 1 representative couldn’t even figure out how to dial out to call Walmart. Seriously! And don’t even get me started with the 90 day supply thing over charging my account always late I don’t live near a cvs I can’t opt out and use a local pharmacy besides cvs and my job doesn’t even offer anything else. I spend more time on hold than getting anything accomplished. Cvs tour employees need better training and you need the capabilities to bill ALL other insurances that customers may have to help cover the cost.
