Buying a product that said to go to the Pharmacy counter. They have 2 long lines and when I made my turn on one of the lines, they told me to go to the other line. One hour between two lines. This service is not good and need improvement in order to increase customer service.

I have new insurance again
I have new insurance again. I have had Wal-Mart and Walgreens until now. I went in a week ago and asked them for the prices of my medications if I refill them there. It took 5 days, they transferred them and refilled them. The prices are $300 more than Wal-Mart with no insurance. They don't listen to what you want, and do what they want. I won't be going back ever.

CVS Miami Beach 983 Washington Ave.
I have been living in the neighborhood for over 10 years and am very happy to have that CVS across the street from me.
I have been a regular, loyal customer since the day it opened. I went yesterday, with my own shopping bag, as usual (since I am reducing my use of plastic). Got myself a few items, went to the cashier, paid and left. I noticed police officers at the door while I was leaving but didn’t pay more attention to it.
Walking back home, I decide to turn around to make a quick stop at the ATM, the bank of America being right across the CVS. I am finally on my way home, when, to my surprise, 2 police cars are waiting for me in the parking of the bank! The 2 police officers then tell me that there was an incident at the CVS and that the manager MARIVY had called them to report a theft! And had told them I might be stealing from the store, there was obviously no proof of such a vicious accusation but she still told them that she would rather me not to go there anymore!!!! I am livid! Flabbergasted! How dare she? This is so disrespectful and uncalled for! A total defamation. I called the headquarter, an investigation is in process. Waiting for their call back. I will take this kind of discrimination and accusation as far as possible. This is unacceptable.

CVS Pharmacy in Rivertowne = bad service
CVS Pharmacy at Rivertowne, Oxon Hill needs to improve their customer service. First, they made annoying robocalls -- 6x in a row -- that my husband's Rx medication is ready only to find out later that the meds are neither not yet ready nor there is nothing to pick up but there's a refill so we have to take a seat and wait for them to inform us. This is not the first time it happened. They let us wait for 10 minutes but actually it's for 30 minutes and their 30 minutes is for one hour. At first, we were patient and tried to be understanding but the final blow transpired today, 12/31/2019. While my husband waited, I did errands outside CVS and when I came back, still no news if the med is ready so we had to fall in line again just to be served (we had to do this every time we have to wait in the past or else, we will be forgotten because they never try to inform us). To our dismay, we were told that the med is out of stock and that they still have to do something to process it. What?! The staff apologized but it is not enough for it has already become a vicious cycle. Their quality of service needs to be reviewed. This time around, I asked for their manager but it seems that once the manager heard me, he pretended to have a phone call and even went to the area designated only for their employees. Of course, I have to stop following him and entering that area or else I will be accused of trespassing. But I believe the manager went into hiding so why waste my time waiting for him to come out to present my case when I know I won't be heard so I left the store with my husband without the Rx med. It is sad to be treated this way because they know that we are at their mercy; because they know we will be coming back for the Rx. I also have a feeling that this is a marketing strategy for them to encourage customers to purchase their CVS pharmacy pass card to avoid waiting in line which is by the way, advertised in their cash register with a quote that says, "hate waiting in line?". Well, we are not going to pay extra for something that has already a record of bad service.

I go to CVS all the time and even have…
I go to CVS in Archdale NC all the time and even have the care pass and all my prescriptions there. Today I went in and attempted to get some vaporub pads. There was a tag listed as 75% off under the product ( about 4 boxes) I went to the register and the manager name Jesse said it was 15 dollars I said no I’m sorry it has 75% off. He said no someone must have put them in the wrong place. I said no. It’s a few boxes and I asked him politely to please honor it since it was their error. He literally laughed at my face and said NO. I was like are you serious? He said yes. I said can you please give me a phone number to call and he refused to. It was so disappointing to see this kind of a treatment. I have no desire to go back in and get treated that way. I just got out of there in tears because I really felt humiliated. How are you going to laugh at someone and you are supposed to be the manager. The cashier also stood next to him laughing. I’m just so over that place.

Sell cigarettes
Sell cigarettes! Some of us are more concerned with assistive devices and prescriptions. My errands turn into 2 store trips. I hope they can build a Walgreens near me soon.
