Needed some medications this week. Took 3 days to get one of them after being promised it the first day. No notifications as to the status. The other medications took hours to fill. It didn't seem to be that way in the past. What is going on?

Shouldn’t even get one star! I am sick and went tot he doctor who called in a prescription for me. 5 hours later nothing, I called and was on hold for over 30 minutes. I went in and the line was ridiculous, people were angry that their prescriptions weren’t ready, some had called them in days prior. Their excuse is they lost pharmacy staff. The store manager is a joke and when you talk to her she says what do you want me to do about it. While I was wait because I wasn’t leaving without the antibiotic I switched all my prescriptions to Walgreens. This pharmacy is a joke if you have prescriptions on auto fill you still have to go in because they forget to fill them and get the same answer, sorry we are short staffed because the pharmacy staff quit, I will never shop at cvs again. I have given you way too many chances and I’m done!

Why does it take 15 mins to answer a phone. Come on we got better things to do.

Using the minute clinic. I set up my appointment online for 9:20. I was not seen until after 10 am. That seems excessive when the person ahead of me was inside when I arrived at 9 am to check in. I was next in-line.

Just transferred from Walgreens because unfortunately they no longer take my insurance. CVS has cheap labels with very light ink can't even read the friggen prescription number to refill over the phone. So I sit here for the second time today and I've been on hold for 32 minutes and no friggen answer. You suck CVS.

As others said, they don't even deserve 1 star. Putting aside that they put me in the hospital last year by not attaching all the warning labels on my Rx; what they did to my granddaughter this year was horrible also. Went to the CVS in our Central Park, Fredericksburg, VA Target straight from the doctor's office. My daughter told the pahrmacist she was picking up an RX the dr's office had sent over. The pharmacist reluctantly looked for it, then said he wouldn't fill it because it was written a certain way. My daughter asked him to call the dr's office and he refused. He said he was filling another RX and then closing! We had been told my granddaughter's condition was very serious and we needed the medicine immediately. This upset my daughter so much she was crying and trying to call the dr's office and the pharmacist just closed his window and left. This left a very ill 6 year old girl with no medicine! What kind of medical professional does that? My daughter then asked the dr. to send the RX to the only all night pharmacy in our area which, unfortunately, is also a CVS. That pharmacist also said he couldn't fill it the way it was written, since that appeared to be for an injection, but he would NOT call the dr. and straighten it out. My daughter called the dr. again and we were told they'd call the pharmacy and fix the RX. The CVS pharmacist knew we were waiting. He left us sitting there for 2 hours, in his sight, and never bothered to tell us that he hadn't heard from the dr. yet. Eventually the dr. did get it straighted out and it was filled. The treatment of these 2 CVS pharmacist's to a 6 year old girls immediate need for medicine is absolutely deplorable, however. Do Not use CVS pharmacies if you have any other choice at all!

I gave a bad review of the CVS at Oates Dr. in Mesquite, Tx. a few months ago. It seems someone has listened and the Pharmacists have been replaced. For 3 months in a row my scripts have been correct and on time. Good job! Keep it up and the stars go up.

I don't even think they deserve 1 star. I have been getting my prescriptions filled at CVS for over 20 years. Since corporate changed what ever they changed I have ran out of my meds and have had to call sevreal time before they fill them.
