CVS encouraging elderly, immunocompromised people to shop for themselves by not allowing caregivers to return a purchase or a wrong item. Unopened. They price-gouge the elderly by making them purchase another one.

I went to cvs in hutto today and the guy that was working in the morning was rude to me and grandma. He wouldn’t listen to us about the coupons we had and he just yelled at us.

The local pharmacy personnel are OK but the website functionality & customer service are atrocious. We are Carepass subscribers with free shipping. We are linked by text but do not get free shipping & our charge card is charged before we appro've the charge & defaults to pick up. Local pharmacy say they have heard this problem before but calling customer service is required to fix it. After the typical 45 minute hold, customer service said they have never heard of the problem & I must be doing something wrong. That disclaimer - my fault - continued even when support walked me through the process and - surprise - had the same problem. Poor & incorrect performance is one thing; charging our credit card without approval is totally disconcerting.

Worst pharmacy ever. My Dr has sent in my prescription 3 times and CSV say they don't have it. Another issue is that they run out of medications frequently. That happened to me 4 times in 8 weeks. I took anywhere from 4-7 day for them to get meds from there warehouse that's an hour away. How long can you go without your medication ? The phone information is often wrong . It will tell you that a prescription is ready when it's not. They are always short staffed. Save yourself a large headache. Go to any other pharmacy.

I just purchased $76.06 at 1041pm. In this purchase were vitamins including “brain Awake” which cost me $19.99. I get home open them up and to my surprise they have been previously opened and wet inside. So at 10.52pm I ran them right back and was faced a acting manager Teresa at the sample us1 store in lighthouse point who refused to take back my return claiming she can’t take back ANYTHING & I have to wait 2 days and speak with the store manager. When I asked why I couldn’t just exchange them she told me because I opened them. I explained how I don’t open everything on every purchase until I get home and she basically told me tough luck you opened them and even though they were obviously defective and damaged Teresa at the lighthouse point store did not give a crap and was obviously worn out. I’m not working due to virus and to be quite honest I can’t afford to just get totally taken advantage of. In this situation ESPECIALLY during this time she should of been more than happy to allow me to exchange them. What ever happened to customer service especially when I was 110% warranted in taking them back and either returning my money or at least allowing me to exchange them.

The pharmacy ladies and the pharmacy supervisor are prejudice at 2020 Briggsmore in Modesto CA, They always make it hard for me to get my meds, I can hear them talking and laughing about me thru the drive thru window! They banned me today and said since I am dissatisfied with the way they treat me , maybe I should switch pharmacies and said I threatened them with the coronavirus, and then they called all the CVS in Modesto and told them not to help me and. All I. Was trying to do was get my medicine I believe in Jesus, so I switched to Walmart pharmacy #AMEN I HATE CVS .................. CVS overcharges on your account ,,,Three different times debiting My account without shipping medicine and after Me finding it posted to My account they refunded it .... Other times they will hold Your prescription for no reason what-so-ever(even if You have 5 refills and have only gotten one !!!!!!) I think that it is because they want You to worship them) the other problem is that they went from $87.00 to $140.60 for a three months supply ( PRICE GOUGING) !!!!!

Went to the doctor Monday morning because of a horrible sinus infection. My doctor submitted a prescription for a nasal spray to ease the infection. This is Thursday night and I still do not have the prescription.
