Seems like every time I pick up my prescriptions at any CVS pharmacy I go to I am treated rudely. My Walmart pharmacy experience is much more freindly an pleasant. What's up with CVS employees that work in the pharmacy???

I would give my experience 0 stars if I could! I just have had the worst customer service experience ever from CVS online customer service!! Customer service is about protecting the customer from the company not about protecting the company from the customer!!! I placed an order on May 15th it is now May 21!! When I look at my orders on my CVS app the status hasn’t changed from order processed. I called and spoke with an online representative on May 19th and was told it was processed and ready for pickup and that I should hear soon about the shipment. 2 days later and no change and no information. I spoke with an online representative today, May 21st that was so rude! She raised her voice to me! After having to listen to her argue, even though I was just trying to understand. I told her to cancel my order! She then yelled at me twice saying I had to wait for UPS to pick up the order with a tracking number before I could cancel the order. I asked who was in possession of my order CVS or UPS. Because she told me it was waiting for UPS to pickup. She told me it was in possession of the “store”. I asked does store mean CVS? She said yes, very rudely! I said then why can’t CVS cancel the order since it is in CVS’ possession? She rudely clapped back “I YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR UPS TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER BEFORE YOU CAN CANCEL!” Repeating what was on her cue card! She even argued with me when I asked her to not raise her voice to me! CVS sure got my money for my shipment but I have to wait until hell freezes over to get my shipment!! CVS I train customer service, for the past 17 years, for a Fortune 100 company and if our representatives treated our customers like yours did to me...they would be promoted to customer very quickly!! CVS help regain a long time customer in me and resolve this situation! Thank you Kay

I had an excellent experience at CVS today and wanted to share. I was notified that my prescription was available for pick up...the cost was $229.85. But, Sandra, the pharmacy tech took the time to find a coupon for $100.00 off!!! She didn't have to do that. Total cost $128.84. What a great employee and CVS representative.

Shame on CVS for short dated "extrabucks" and "extrarewards" with only a week or so to redeem them. During the COVID-10 PANDEMIC and STAY-AT-HOME ORDER, CVS is encouraging us to shop weekly or loose the value. Corporate said they'd credit the amount to the card, then didn't; the store managers say it's up to corporate who is indecisive. Meanwhile, I'm out $14 because I didn't feel well and was following state rules. Revenue and scams over human welfare - that's CVS's new motto.

I live in a small town with limited Pharmacy availability. I'll have to say I like the local CVS store the employees work hard and the pharmacist even though they are very overworked do a great job. But otherwise the company really sucks. Their website doesn't ever work properly. And I haven't been able to get signed on to manage my prescriptions and I'm over a month. It seems like they're just interested in selling you junk instead of managing your drugs. I need an individual dedicated pharmacy app and say all the other crap on their website. Don't get me wrong coupons are nice in the discounts are good but when it interferes with your prescription management it creates a problem. They might as well not even have a customer service across you can't reach anybody and that same irritating voice gives you 100 choices none of which fit your needs all I want is a website that works.

CVS is the HIGHEST PRICED by far! I don't mean by a little bit either!

I recently purchased Natures Bounty Hair Skin and Nails at CVS. They are all dried up. Went back to the store and they said they don’t take any returns. Will be reporting this. Thus us not right

CVS must have the most maddening website ever created! It continually logs me out, won't let me add things to my cart until I've tried numerous times, or even worse, tells me "In Store Only." It's actually difficult to use my $10 monthly rewards since everything I need so desperately I can't get online. And considering I have no automobile, this is a big problem for me. I'm sorry I paid for a yearly Care Pass now. I will probably try another pharmacy next year.
