CVS Care Card - CVS took advantage of a medically challenged individual and signed them up for their care card. Now they will not credit the money back. There are other options than CVS. Flat monthly billing is bad branding but good for CVS bottom line. PAST CUSTOMER

If I could their customer give zero stars I would. I had an issued with my rewards taken away when they canceled my order. I made 5 phone calls and transferred to 5 different people verifying my information 10 different times. Still no follow through. Making promises the last 2 times that they loaded my rewards back to card and will show up in 1 - 4 hours. It’s been 42 days since they took my rewards. They have nothing to say except “I only see what is in the system” I don’t even care about the rewards anymore. These agents do nothing. They answer phones, lie to shut you up with their kids screaming in background. Tough job. What a waste of everyone’s time. They are so scripted with their apologies. All they do is transfer, do house stuff, come back and feed you bs lines. Robots could do better.

I agree with the folks who want to give zero stars. CVS, both locally and corporate, has probably the worst customer service I have seen. Most recently, I received a robocall saying my drug was on back order and they were contacting my physician. I worked through the painful phone tree until I got a pharmacist. It turns out that he hadn't checked other CVSs and actually had 75 of the 90 pills I needed. However, his knee jerk reaction was to ask my doctor to change the prescription. My problems: Why did I get a robocall instead of talking to a pharmacist? Why is the first solution to change the medication?

I would give my experience 0 stars if I could,I've only had the worst CVS customer service experience with the cashier #1350198 her name RUTH, she works on the CVS of 281 Connecticut Ave Norwalk Ct, she is an unpleasant, grumpy, short-tempered person, I just gave her some discount coupons, she just had to do her job with kindness, so that they work there if they don't know how to serve a customer, please they must improve the staff, more sympathy and good customer service, very unpleasant people work there.

Got my makeup delivered in less than a week after placing the order online! Yay! Thanks

This is a terrible business would not recommend signing up for any kind of membership here and would recommend to shop at Walgreens instead

I ordered my kids some gummy vitamins from CVS.com and when they arrived they were all stuck together there was no saving them. I called the 1 800 number and spoke to Jackie who was very nice, I explained my problem and even told her I’m sure if u would take them back . She said “just throw those away and i will mail you some more” . CVS has been amazing with my family!!!! I’m not sure if everyone else will have the same experience. As for my family , we love CVS! :) -deb

I just returned a facial moisturizer to the cvs in Northfield NJ last week then went to shave my legs yesterday and realized I grabbed the wrong razors , so I just went to return it and they are no longer accepting returns until further notice . I love all your deals and coupons cvs but this no return policy is extremely inconvenient.
