Store 295 Scatterfield Road Anderson IN second incident with this same CVS location in Anderson IN, at first I thought that it was only one pharmacist who was treating me unprofessionally now I am treated again in an unprofessional manner by a pharmacist who identified himself. I am a physician that was calling on behalf of my patient and called to get the PA information which I received, then I called back to let the pharmacist to let the pharmacist know that the PA was approved. He said ok, and then I asked to run the coupon for the patient to see how much the prescription was. He told me that he did not have time to process this and he would give this to his technician and I said ok transfer me, and the phone went to voice mail so I called back. He then answered again and I said that I would ask if he could run this for me because I am trying to help the patient and I said I am a doctor, and he said I don't care if you are a doctor and you only waited a minute and hung up on me. I called back to speak with a technician, who took the call and asked what is this about and then that technician hung up on me. The patient asked me to help her get the PA because the formulary medication had adverse side effects however the patient stated that the price was crucial to determine if she could get the approved medication so I asked the pharmacist to run the coupon to reduce the price. The pharmacist did not care to do so and so I called CVS corporate to get help which reduced the price by 80%. The CVS website would not let me document my complaint so I had to do it in this manner. This CVS location has been noted to treat doctors in an unprofessional manner.

CVS and Minute Clinic: I have tried for 4 days to find out if Minute Clinics offer the COVID-19 RT-PCR test. I have called pharmacy after pharmacy only to get tape recordings - could not get a human on the phone. Don't bother with websites. They are non-specific. FINALLY I call a CVS corporate customer service number. I explained what I need. I was given another phone number for Minute Clinic. After HOLDING today for nearly an hour, I am connected with a woman who confirmed that SOME Minute Clinic locations offer this test. She would NOT tell me which Minute Clinics offer this test. She did confirm the one closest to my home does NOT test at all. Then she told me to contact the Florida Health Department and a quick treatment center. I've already done this. Bottom line: If we come to our home in the US, we will not be allowed to return to work without this test. THANKS CVS. You made a big difference in our miserable situation. We have to choose between home or job.

The Diamondhead MS location of CVS should be shut down. A 1 star rating is way too high. There is almost never anyone at the front of store registers and the pharmacy constantly provides misinformation anout prescriptions ready to pick up. And is clueless at to how to correct any problems. As much as I hate Walmart, they have to be better than this location. This store needs attention or should be closef - It is giving CVS a bad name.

I wish I could give a negative 5. Ruta the pharmacy manager is the absolute most unempathetic manager and don’t tryto rectify any customer concerns. Her comments are very flippant and without resolution. Long waits after promised times and no consideration for patients in pain. She definitely don’t give off the perception that she cares about the community she serves in which I’ve been a member of for over 20 years. Asked for district manager she states it covic he’s at home ... wth... gave me wrong number had to call another store to get the right information. Worst bedside manner EVER!! Need to be behind a computer not working with humans period.

It's very bad. I wish to do the review even without one star. Their policy are worst. I odder some item online and some warehouse idiot did not read it well, i'm missing one product. I can't reach out the customer service also in the store they can't help me either. How about my money i spend.......... Idiot, hire people who can read and understand English well.

I setup CVS' SimpleDose service last month. Firstly, I've been out of one of my medications for about 10 days. It's not something I'll die without so I decided to wait. I called and told the pharmacy that I'd be completely out of the other pill I take. I was told the shipment would arrive on 7/13/20. When it didn't arrive, I called again and they told me it would arrive on 7/15/20. I just got my first delivery on 7/15/20. Finally. Imagine my surprise when I find a bottle of pills included. So now, I've got one medication in a pack and the other in a bottle. I called and was told that the one pill can't be included in the pill pack. It kind of defeats the whole purpose. The SimpleDose service should really warn people that they can't or won't package a particular medication in the pack. I won't be using this service again.

The absolute worst customer service! As a regular customer who refills the same medications every month, it’s ridiculous that CVS refuses to hold paper scripts (how do you keep medications safe then?) or even schedule orders for customers. What are the computers for?! CVS requires patients to return to their pharmacy daily to check in stock levels in case they run out of the medications I refill every single month without change. How is it in the patients’ best interest to have to make multiple visits to the store for one single transaction, especially during a pandemic!!!! Then when I show up on the day the prescription can be filled, CVS then says they’ve run out the medication and can reorder it for you on Monday (they say they can only order on Mondays so if you come in any other day add a week to your wait). CVS is so far behind the times it’s truly shocking and causing customers to have to make 10 times the effort while experiencing 10 times the difficulty to simply refill regular prescriptions on a monthly basis. Do yourself a favor and use a different pharmacy, any pharmacy but CVS...

CVS fellsway Medford Massachusetts, watch out from management team member (Jose) poor management skills, tempered,can't solve anything,he is like this especially when the store manager isn't there.i have complained twice about him to home office, didn't get hear from anyone, regardless of this, I'm going to continue to shop CVS but in a different locations,so if this is your local store and you have any concerns reach out to someone else rather than breaking your head with this guy.
