The Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced! I called because my Extra care card NEVER works..ive called several times and besides not being able to understand anything the person is saying but the phone line quality is always terrible...the customer service agent cannot understand me either!! Such a pain and the issue has still not been resolved after several attempts. So frustrating..please employ people who speak and understand ENGLISH!!

Disgusting, degrading, disrespectful customer service
The most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced. Placed a CVS.com order 10 days ago with no order updates, no shipping updates, nothing. Called CVS only to be yelled at on the phone by a CVS rep who advised me "IF YOU DONT LIKE THE ANSWERS I AM GIVING YOU THEN CALL BACK AND TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE". CVS reps confirmed my order has NOT shipped, will not give me a shipping timeframe (keep in mind its already been 10 days since I placed the order), and will not allow me to cancel!?!?!

Had the covid test on july 31
Had the covid test on july 31, 2020. Was told they would notify me when the results came in. THEY DID NOT! August 10 I logged into the CVS website and found that my results were there. Of course nowhere did it say on the my account the date it was posted. I thought the results were important.
My wife was tested the same time and also was never notified.

Customer Service
My family (4) have been loyal clients of CVS even though there are other pharmacies around. Actually we have been a CVS customer for over 30 years; from New England to FL. Today is the first time we encounter someone in the pharmacy with a hostile attitude. First time we use the drive thru that has the tube, hard to hear what is being said as there were vehicles idling. Our card wouldn't work (? although it is a little bit scratched) but we used another one, then the tube was sent with the medicines and we were unable to open it on the top as there was so much put on it that it was jammed. I return it back and said I couldn't open it and that is when the hostile attitude happened. the attendant ( I have never seen her before, with the name beginning with M) at the window, snapped in a tone that was unwelcoming and unnecessary. The she sent it back saying to use the bottom of the tube for opening, then we were able to open the tube. Wish she has said that before, as that was the solution to the frustrating time invested in trying to open the tube. Kindness, patience would have helped us a lot as any way we were surprised at the price but we pay what ever is necessary for health. Needless to say we left a bit sour as this never happened before. We understand many are going through a lot of stress due to the health and financial situation affecting our nation, but that doesn't excuse a health care worker to snapped at a customer. We felt bad! For the 30+ years we have been a CVS customer we have always been pleased with the professional and kindness attitude of the staff, in New England, where ever we have traveled and this experience was very disappointed for us. We hope we never have to experience it again. As we said, we are loyal customer, there are plenty other pharmacies around but we would prefer to remain at this location as long as no more snapping happens! Thank you.

Discriminatory against Disabilities
I went to the CVS pharmacy located @3002 Highway K O Fallon MO to make a purchase on 08/01/2020 at approximately 8:45 PM. As I entered the store, a young employee by the name of "Shea Albert" announced that I had to have a mask. When I explained to her that I could not do so, she became angry and called a purported manager on duty, a "Mitchell." When I returned to the counter, Mitchell pleasantly processed the transaction without incident. As I was leaving, Shea, angrily and in a very disrespectful and obnoxious way, decided to lecture me that store policy was such that I "better have a mask next time" as she was apparently upset that I had made the purchase without a mask. At that point I returned to the cashier and I explained to her that I have health issues involving COPD and asthma which prevented me from doing so, she snapped that "it did not matter." When I asked her if she wanted me to report her to the store manger she said "go ahead." At this point "Mitchell" very loudly stated that the "store manager would back her up." She then patronizingly and dismissively told me "NOT TO COME BACK TO HER STORE". Unbelievable. It is logic-defying that such a young employee would so disrespectfully engage a loyal, regular customer in such a nasty, snide, and obstinate manner particularly after I specifically took the time - which I need not have done at all - to explain to her why I would not be doing what she was so obviously so completely dead-set on my doing. Given that CVS Corporate's own policy is not to engage customers who choose not wear a mask - regardless of the reason - it is surprising that this particular store would specifically defy the national policy of their own company and cause such an unfortunate experience for one of their customers - especially one with underlying health issues that prevent him from adhering to this particular policy. Furthermore, there is not a city (O Fallon), county (St Charles) or State (Missouri) mandate that masks be worn in any situation.
Given the completely unprofessional, uncomfortable, contemptuous and unnecessary atmosphere that Ms Albert and Mitchell created I would like the store manager to call and apologize for Ms Albert and "Mitchell" for their incredible behavior and for either their being relieved of their employment because of their willful defiance and utter lack of common sense and customer service or otherwise severely disciplined. If not I will proceed with contacting corporate and lodging further complaints.

Colobos, Carolina
Located in Carolina, PR near Los Colobos, they have only one drugstore that supplies them medication and never have the meds that have been bought in the same store. The order is for 90 and they say they only have 30, you have to pickup again the next month, although the Dr. Places the order for 90. Never pickup the phone calls, leave you on hold for more than 30 mins

Ridiculous delivery times
If it’s going to take 2-3 weeks to deliver an order, CVS should make note of that on their website. I called today, and the representative said that it was “getting ready for shipping” and should ship out in the next 2-3 business days. Add in shipping time, and it will be nearly 4 weeks between the time i ordered these products and the time I receive them. In days of “free 2-day shipping” from many vendors, 4 weeks is not acceptable. I asked the representative to just cancel the order and she said that it would be impossible. I’d have to take delivery and then ship it back to them. C’mon, CVS......
