I can’t leave a 0 start but I would if I could , it’s has been 18 days since my test for covid my husband and I went same vehicle same time same location he got his 3 days ago I still haven’t mine When I call all they say the lab is backed up They have terrible customer service and very expensive you guys better go to Walgreens always have good experiences there By the way cvs McDonough, Ga and apparently they don’t have supervisor because every time I asked for one is never there 🤔🤔🤔🤔

I had a horrible experience! I went to the CVS on broadway in Pearland, TX in hopes of being vaccinated for medical school requirements. The nurses were rude and condescending and I felt belittled throughout the whole appointment. They also did not help or vaccinate me at all. CVS - I will not be coming back

It has been 16 days since my COVID test, 17 days since my husbands test. NO RESULTS. Info posted says 6-10 days. Absolutely unacceptable.

These two stars go only to the employees who always seem to be nice - everything else gets 0 stars. The prices are always too high, even when extracare rewards/coupons are added, food items have a high chance of being past their expiration date (especially protein bars and the like), and the customer service on the website is horrendous.

My CVS is in Cape May, NJ. I think it’s a disgrace & an outrage that you have to pay if you want a bag. CVS prices are ridiculously high as is and to have the nerve to charge a customer for a plastic bag is appalling. I had to pick up 7 of my prescriptions today and was asked “ do you need to purchase a bag?” I knew they charge for bags but I refused strictly on the principal of the matter. I walked out of the store carrying 7 bags with medications in them which was very awkward to say the least but how dare they charge for a bag when their prices are high enough and deserve to be bagged for free. I have to use CVS pharmacy because of my insurance plan but I never purchase anything in their store now because of them charging for a bag. I don’t believe Walgreens or Rite Aid charge for a bag. Incredible!!!! Disgraceful!!

DO NOT USE ANY CVS PHARMACY! BECAUSE THEY MAKE EXCUSES. MED IS ON BACKORDER. WE HAVE TO ORDER THIS MED. WE CAN'T GET THIS MED.AND YOU HAVE GREAT INSURANCE. THEN FINALLY THEY CALL YOU'RE DOCTOR AND ASK HIM TO CHANGE YOU TO A DIFFERENT MED.SO IT WILL BE CHEAPER FOR CVS. THEY MAKE UP THERE OWN PRICES. BECAUSE I HAVE A CO PAY AND ITS A DIFFERENT PRICE EVERYTIME FOR SAME MED WHEN I PICK IT UP. I HAVE TO USE THEM BECAUSE INSURANCE REQUIRES ME TOO. BUT SINCE THEY CALLED ME ON A FRIDAY AND TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T GET ONE OF MY MEDICATIONS . I WAS ON BACKORDER. AND I WORK IN A PHARMACY MYSELF. AND I LOOKED AND THIS MEDICATION IS NOT ON BACKORDER. (SO ANOTHER LIE) THEN CALLING ME THE FOLLOWING MONDAY TELLING A DIFFERENCE MEDICATION IS ON BACK ORDER. IS THERE ANOTHER PHARMACY I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE TRY? I SAID THIS IS A JOKE RIGHT? SO NOW I TRANSFERRED MY MEDICINE'S TO ANOTHER PHARMACY WHICH I HAVE TO PAY CASH NOW FOR THEM. AND I HAVE INSURANCE. BUT I USING A PHARMACY THAT MY INSURANCE WON'T PAY. EVERYONE I HAVE SPOKEN WITH ON PHONE A CVS RUDE...

Do not waste your time getting tested for Covid-19 using CVS pharmacies. I am currently waiting for my results 15 days after being tested. I contacted the lab who blamed the delay on a backlog and suggested I call back in 3 days if I have not received my results and they will make note to expedite my test results. I now have had to pay out of pocket to retest at a site that provides results within 24hrs so that I can return to work.

I agree with the other comments about never going to CVS for Covid testing. I am now on day 18 awaiting my results after they promised 7 to 10 days. I needed to have a test after my daughter tested positive so that I could determine if I could go into my workplace. What good will results be to me now? Shame on you Cvs.
