RUN AND RUN FAST. if you are considering doing a rapid covid test here. DON'T. it is unsafe, they are popping people in every 15 minutes to test, the test alone takes 13 minutes. So if you think they are properly sanitizing between clients, there is no way. only one person in the room doing the entire process, of calling you, you testing yourself, then she runs results, then calls you back, results aren't in before next person comes in. PPE are not changed between clients unless they tested positive, which they won't know until you already walked in the door and sat down. They are going to increase the spread not prevent it. GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY to bill your insurance company hundreds of dollars. If you walk in and get a 2 day test done, you get 30 minutes of their time. This is enough time to properly test you and decontaminate the area before next person comes in. How crazy is that?

i wish i could give cvs pharmacy in beverly hills michigan a zero. THE WORSE PLACE TO GO AND DO NOT GO AND GET COVID TESTING IT IS A FULL JOKE. Info results are wrong or not at all then you have to call another number. DO NOT GO TO AT LEAST THE LOCATION FOR COVID TESTING, you will be dead before you find out what is really happening.

I came to pick up my RX after they texted me that it was ready but had to wait 45 more minutes because they had the wrong dosage. Then they gave me the medication and asked me to pay full price. Although They have my insurance info and I have picked up meds there before, I had to provide my insurance card again and wait another 30 minutes for them to add it to my profile. I have picked up meds at this location many times before and the wait is about 20 minutes but today was an extremely long wait. One of the technicians is extremely unfriendly and they are generally quite disorganized!

Went to the pharmacy on Oak street in Conway, Arkansas to get prescriptions filled and was treated very rudely and lectured about the types of meds the doctor had prescribed, the pharmacist stating they could not be taken at the same time and he would not fill them at the same time stating I could return in 4-5 days to get the second one. I chose the pain med which happened to be lortab and he argued with about it being the same as codine which I am allergic to. (I have taken hydrocodone without problems) Then told me he would not fill either script for me. I have never been treated so rudely and with such disrespect by a pharmacist anywhere!! I have spent thousands of dollars at this pharmacy for meds for chronic illnesses over the past few years. I am not an idiot and I am knowledgeable about medication. I have worked in healthcare for many years and the combination of meds that was ordered for me is common. He could tell by my profile that I do not take those types of meds very often and it has been 4-5 years since I have taken any kind of pain medication. I do not appreciate the way I was treated by him. It was approximately 7am on Sunday, October 18th and he is the overnight pharmacist. I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere and probably will. I went Walgreens across the street and got the prescriptions filled without incident or rudeness. I appreciate the fact that there is a drug problem in this country but you can’t treat people in this manner and it be tolerated.

Scheduled online for flu shot. I arranged my day around the appointment which they actually called and verified, reminding me of Medicare card. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very rude young lady, who informed me “we don’t have any flu shots”. When I stated I had made an appointment like suggested and had received a call from a pharmacy staff, a more professional staff looked up my schedule and said “sorry between then and now, we ran out”. This same rude young woman who kind of greeted me when I arrived has presented a horrible attitude each time I encountered her. Running out of the flu shots I can understand however letting the customer know prior to planning their day would be expected. After going to CVS West Corners, Endicott NY for 20+ years, I have transferred all medications to another store and will not return to CVS for anything. Sad really, customer service is not good.

If there was a closer pharmacy, I would go there. The employees are ok, but it's a corporate problem. Their website always has error messages so I can't even see what medicines are there. Every time they update the site, I get locked out. It's like they think everyone is a potential criminal or something.

When you place an order on CVS.com they give you an estimated delivery date. DON'T BELIEVE THEM. After several frustrating experiences, my last ordering experience on CVS.com was the VERY LAST order I will ever place. I placed an order on October 2 and never received it. I have called THREE times and was promised on the first 2 calls that the problem would be resolved. During the 3rd call the representative told me that I will probably get an email in the next couple of days and they will probably refund my money. Thing is I used lots of coupons we had accumulated on our CarePass account! I'm not sure I"ll be able to reuse those!

CVS in Dover Ohio customer service (Telephone) is horrible! I finally gave up after waiting 20 minutes!
