CVS "bought" out or took over the clients from our pharmacy, including us. And we have experienced nothing but rude employees and terrible service. The wait time to get prescriptions is so long, when someone is in pain or has just had surgery they should not have to wait hours to get their medicine. We were getting multiple texts and phone calls about prescriptions ready for pickup when we didn't order one. Asked them to remove us from the phone/text list and continue to get the calls. The most recent situation... I needed a refill, I called in the refill, and the automated system told me my prescription was set up on ready fill and was waiting to be picked up. I went two days later to pick it up, and was told there was nothing for me and it was going to take them 2.5 hours to get it filled for me!! I called TWO freaking days ago!! I'm not happy and will no longer be using the pharmacy at CVS in Somersworth, NH

I waited for over an hour for a 21 pill. Prescription, finally left because it still wasn’t done. Store # Store #8419

Yamato and 441 The nastiest pharmacy ever. I have COVID and refused to deliver my medication. I had to get in my car, WITH COVID, in order to get my medication. They do not answer the phone and then just disconnect you.. the WORST store ever.

3090 W Oakland Park Blvd Oakland Park, FL 33311, United States I had 3 - 90 days supply refills, the pharmacist canceled my third one because he argues that my Dr. prescribed 93 pills, so he refills 3 pills only :). After one year of receiving the same medication same amount of refills same Doctor This company CVS, it's horrible to deal with. They don't give a cent for your health. Moving to Walgreens

After waiting for three days for my online order to arrive, I looked online and was told the order wouldn’t arrive for another 9 days! Please don’t tell me that COVID-19 is gumming up the works...Instacart can ship in 24 hours. So I tried to cancel the order, but their ridiculous app has no way of doing that so I called customer service and waited on hold for 30 minutes, answering a complete set of security questions twice, just to be told that my order could not be cancelled since they didn’t have the tracking info yet. After 3 days! I’m not willing to sit on the phone for another minute to do something that with any other store I can do with the click of a button.

So on Dec 30/2020 I renewed a prescription that I had been receiving all year for $1.30. The druggist said it wasn’t covered and charged me $84.44. I reminded him that it had been covered all year and asked why it wasn’t covered now. He said he didn’t know and wouldn’t give me the prescription until I paid for it. I called my insurance company and they said it was covered. I went back to the store and talked to him again. He said he was right and there was nothing he could do. I’m on a limited income and the $84 will effect my food budget. Then today we went to get a virus check because we had been exposed. They refused to give us one. They said we had to make an appointment online. I tried to make an appointment online but couldn’t so I called minute clinic. The lady said to go down and wait in line. But they refused. And this is a pharmacy that’s suppose to help people? These are 2 things that happened this week not counting the numerous times they gave me the wrong amount of pills and the rude behavior of the staff. They have even given me expired medication. Yes I check the expiration date and I count the pills before I leave the store.

Online, it says I have one prescription ready for pickup or delivery with 3 remaining refills. I need the mediation by tomorrow, so I drove to the store to pick it up. After waiting in line, I’m told that the medication is not ready and there are no refills. If the portal is inaccurate, why use it?! Waste of time and gas. The staff wasn’t empathetic at all. Transferring all four of my family’s prescriptions to another pharmacy ASAP!

ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST PEOPLE IN THE PHARMACY. I hate this store. Go somewhere else!!! Belleville store on west main... again absolutely horrible!
