We are two persons in the household and the list of unprofessional events at CVS even with emails sent to the CEO Larry Merlo made us both start a complaint Some of the issues but not limited My doctor prescribed me Metformin two times a day They sent me one a day pill After a month of taking an incorrect dose my doctor told me that she sent the correct script We order NYStatin ointment prescribed to use twice a day for a month and they sent one unit 15 GM enough for only one week They charged me Synthroid a medication that my insurance covers in full $ 100 for 90 days supply and the cost is less than $ 15 The retail located in Rego Park at 63 Dr always is crowded, with clients screaming and upset The field manager told me to do whatever when complaining about the endless mistakes The executive office of Larry Merlo confirmed that we were contacted upon a complaint against the retail field manager and a new mistake dispensing medication We never got a call from anybody The patient advocates are changing month by month This pharmacy service is a shame

I called CVS customer service this evening. I spent 11 mins speaking to someone in Asia. He was rude, just kept talking and had no idea what the issue was. I asked for a US representative. I then spent another 34mins being transferred to 4 other people. I finally ended up back in Asia again. They were unable to help me. Again, extremely rude. CVS needs to bring the jobs back to the US where people can at least understand us. Extremely distraught to the point where I have closed my CVS account and will shop someplace else

CVS Health is listed as a "trusted testing and travel partner" on the State of Hawaii's Department of Transportation website. NOTHING IS FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. Don't be misled by this CVS listing since their own website clearly stipulates that "travelers to Hawaii should make other testing plans"! This company falsely applied to become a trusted partner with the Hawaiian government and should cease and desist such a claim. They benefit from a false marketing strategy to put their company among other legitimate suppliers who do offer correct and timely testing procedures.

I want to thank Cay at Ballys CVS in Las Vegas. I had my wedding and she went above and beyond to make sure my day and myself were beautiful. She even gave me a gift. She is very good at what she does and very sincere and I truly appreciate your help on our big day!! Thank you , Leanna & Ed

Ok, did anyone get the $10 coupon on January 31st? Well, CVS refused to honor it online or in the store. Then when I tell them to cancel my account, they offer me $5.00 coupon instead, then delete my account anyway. Very sad that CVS has to act like a child. Go to Walgreens, never had a problem with any promotion, and they allow stacking of coupons and deals online.

I hung up after being on hold for the pharmacy for over 13 minutes and this wasn't the first time. I understand COVID has put a strain on everyone but this is intolerable. If CVS can't handle its work load they should add staff. Also, CVS doesn't offer a "Contact Us" on their website. Are they afraid of what they will get? Me, I'm going to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens. They seem to be able to serve their customers.

I went into The CVS Store to pick uo some items. I went to the self check out to pay for the items. As I scan the items, the price was wrong on 2 of the items. I press the button for help. The machine said help is on the way. Well, no one came after a good five minutes. The machine kept flashing and saying help was on the way. There was no help.I was not going to pay a higher price, when the 2 items were on sale. I left the items there and left the store. They need to do better. What a waste of my time.

The CVS store in KCKS at 3750 State Ave is the Absolute Worst....Today Feb 2nd the store advertised 20% off purchases with the Senior 55+ discount, the clerk Claims she didn't know anything about it flipping through the ads. The shelves or NEVER stocked, you have 4-5 employees in the store and Everyone wants to hang out at the register like they're Worried about something! (Robbery maybe, I don't know). The store needs to better prepare the clerks so that they Know what is or is not on sale and about Promotions. The ENTIRE building needs a makeover. You're lucky if your car tires don't get damanged with ALL the Potholes surrounding the building. The other Store owners in the shopping area repaved their sections, But I guess CVS didn't want to fork over the money and obviously doesn't care about it's customers or our Safety. If you didn't know better you would think it was an Abandoned building the way the Outside looks. Why do store owners ALWAYS assume because of certain neighborhoods their businesses are in that the people don't deserve better... That's BS !!!!
