My name is Danny Dipascale I get my medication at 8401 South tamiami trail I had a real hard time with my insurance getting my medication but thank god for pharmacist miss P Hoang she is great found me a coupon and saved money. Also she ALWAYS goes beyond and is always there to help. She is an asset to your company.

I ordered cvs prescription delivery for the first time last week. My delivery was scheduled to be here over one week ago and all the app keeps telling me it’s on its way. I keep having to go to the local cvs to get 3 day supplies. No communication, nothing about why it’s late. I’ll never use cvs delivery again.

As a provider, CVS pharmacy does not follow prescription orders. They follow their own orders and do what is most convenient for them. This corporation sends the message they do not care about patients. Every time I call in refills or new prescriptions I am kept on hold for AT LEAST 15 minutes. A majority of my patients also complain they do not receive their originally prescribed dosages and CVS NEVER honors refills. I am convinced they are trained to lie to patients telling them no refills were called in or authorized and blame the doctor. I feel bad for patients who are obligated to go here because their insurance dictates them to do so.

I've been a Coram Specialty Infusion(now owned by CVS) patient for over 10 years now. Short of some billing issues with their outsourced billing department my experiences have been mostly positive and I've had home and or Infusion Suite treatments in CT, ND, MN and NH. Unfortunately, CVS after purchasing Coram decided to outsource their Insurance Pre-authorization Department and remove the local branch employee that was our insurance expert and advocate. It's now 2/10/2021 and I still don't have my insurance approval for this year. Thank God my insurance company approved my January 2021 treatment in with my 2020 authorization or I would be going on 5 weeks overdue for my IgG infusion. Shame on CVS! I expected them to "raise the bar" when they purchased Coram, not lower it. Over the past 10-15 years I've had to fight with my insurance company(prior actually) numerous times, but I've never had to fight with my infusion provider to do their job and submit the re-auth paperwork in a timely manner. I've been informed through a couple different channels that I am far from the only Coram patient in this position. I will be filing a complaint with the NH Insurance Commissioner's Office. I will also be reaching out to the CEO of CVS, Karen S. Lynch, regarding this unacceptable level of service. This is literally life or death for some of us. This is especially true and shameful during the current pandemic.

Yesterday I when for a covib test and my heart rate was out of control. The nurse took her time taking care of me. Don't remember her name but it was on 12401 miramar Parkway. Very good nurse. Thank you so much for everything you did.

The CVS on 25a in Setauket NY has the friendliest pharmacy staff EVER. Everyone I have ever had contact with has been beyond helpful and friendly. When I visit a pharmacy, I am not always feeling well, and the staff behind the counter realizes and respects it. It's truly a pleasure to do business with them.

Getting COVID 19 test results is a cluster! Trying to get a real person on the phone that speaks English to help is not possible. What a piece of crap!!! And why is 0 starts not an option
