2390 e bay dr largo fl 33771 no organization to getting the vaccine . People are waiting to get vaccine in the same line of the drop off Rx. The area for waiting after you get vaccine was by the bathroom and was no 6 feet distance in that area and in the line to get vaccine plus because wasn't organization i have to wait more than a hour. When in another CVS to get vaccine is just 23 minutes or 30 minutes for the all process. In others CVS where they are doing a better job than this one people wait for get vaccine or after in a very special area . Well here I sit alone at 3 am in the CVS pharmacy where they tell me once again that the computers are down for an hour. Kind of a B.S. excuse they use way too often when it comes to narcotics. Instead of doing his f#@%ing job he sittin behind the counter playing GOD with peoples pain. Be careful.

The local CVS in Arab, AL has gone down hill in recent years. They do not seem to listen. I call to have prescriptions ready ahead of time. Give them plenty of time to prepare the medication and when I get there 5 hours later they still do not have the prescription ready and I still have to wait 20 minutes. God forbid if you through the drive through.

My husband went for a covid test because he needed it to return to work. Low and behold after loosing 2 days pay because of waiting for results, he will now loose more pay because they lost his test. So now his DNA is out there in a packet with his name and information on it. HIPPA violation I would add. Very incompetent.

I’ve been calling CVS on Allentown Boulevard for over a half hour, nobody answers the phone. I have a question about one of my prescriptions. I don’t understand this I’ve been in the store they are kind of busy, every so often,but they just ignore the phone they don’t answer it. either they need help or they need to start doing their job the way it supposed to be done.

Thanks for mis-filling ALL THREE of my prescriptions. Just in case you care, I noticed it (only because I was a compounder) and am not writing this from the grave. The average customer would have taken them. You people are a lawsuit waiting to happen. Never, ever get medication here.

I am a customer at the CVS on Barterbrook Rd. in Staunton VA. I have to say I was treated like pure dirt this morning. I had called them yesterday to see when I could get my son's meds refilled to be able to travel to see my father who is very sick. I was told by a tech Megan that I could fill them both today 3/20. I made plans to leave to see my dad, call the pharmacy this morning and Jenny answered the phone and she was the nastiest, rudest human I have ever encountered... I asked to have them filled and she said completely nasty, "they're too early to fill" I proceeded to explain I had called yesterday but she hung up on me. She had no right being that nasty. She makes me feel as if I am doing something wrong. I will be transferring my scripts elsewhere as she makes me not even want to go into the store

Horrible experience both online and mobile app. Trying to get prescriptions to be delivered automatically is impossible. Ones that have been refilled at the pharmacy state they are available for pickup OR delivery, but there is nowhere to select delivery, even though my phone is set up and text messages are enabled. I am a software Product Manager and I know how a good website with intelligent UI should work, and CVS fails at all levels. I am thinking of switching to Amazon based upon my negative experiences.
