Terrible. Will never shop at a CVS ever again. They apparently can decide whether they want to accept your return or exchange, it’s all up to them, even though they have a 60 day policy. Their customer service and management are incompetent. They’re unable to handle customer complaints. Sticking with Walgreens. CVS IS HORRIBLE.

My Care Pass never worked. I tried to cancel it for 6 months and though CVS said it was cancelled, they continued to charge a monthly fee to my credit card. I finally wrote the President of CVS. Finally, (at least they say) the membership has been cancelled. I will never set foot in a CVS again. Horrible terrible customer service.

CVS kept charging me $5.30 for the last few months. I don't know where did they get my credit card number. Probably, when I did some shopping their machine saved it without my knowledge - I call this is stealing. They are ripping millions of their customers and for sure this will kill their business. They are trying to make the money up that they lost during Pandemic, from poor people. I've reported this to my lawyer and he is going to dispute it. $5.30 seems insignificant, but its unfair. Imagine if they take this money from millions of their customers. I think this case will bankrupt them. My friend who had the same issue told me that he will NEVER shop from CVS again, and he is cancelling his parents prescriptions to other stores (Rite aid, Walgreen...etc ).

CVS pharmacy on Woods Chapel, Lee's Summit, MO 64064 is absolutely terrible. They are constantly rude to customers and act as though you are an inconvenience to them by picking up or filling your prescription. They've laughed at us for our prescriptions and today they couldn't even tell us what was wrong with the script the doctor sent over, just that they couldn't fill it at this time. The service over time has went to crap and again the pharmacy employees are straight up rude! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY, YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

The cashiers I have gone too are not welcoming when you have coupons. They are rude and act like they are visibly annoyed by you. I am really starting to hate going to cvs.

Store no: 2149 Cashier: 0482561 (VIDA) Location: 503 King St. Alexandria, VA 22314 If I could give this CVS a ZERO, I would. I don’t normally complain, but this time the experience I had left me shaken. I was yelled at by an employee named VIDA. VIDA is a cashier who does not understand what customer service means and is very mean to customers. VIDA can’t explain things clearly, talks quietly to herself in front of the customer and never listens. Only people who knows how to be nice and patient to others, should work in customer service. VIDA lacks compassion and curtesy and is not a good representation of what CVS as a company wants to provide for its customers. I have to mention that this happened to me already couple times and I saw her arguing with other customers!

CVS availability for second dose covid-19 vaccine is a nightmare. I received my first dose by walking in, but they told me I need to make the appointment for the second dose online for April 7. I haven’t been able to get an appointment anywhere in the whole Miami area. I called a number and all the agent by the name of Jo said that it is fully booked and it is ok if I don’t get the second dose, because it will only delayed the protection? They should be able to give an appointment right away when they apply the first dose

The drive Thru is horrible at ur south Florida location lakeland. U have 3 lines and u only service out of one of them. So the lines are always long since u can only handle one customer at a time. Then she tells me I owe her more money when i already paid for them online. Like really come on.
